So my guy who had fall to scam over joining Whatsapp to get update and recommendations of claimed potential crypto currency for investment just sent me this on the image below, requesting I should join because he had just be recommended with asset to invest and will become rich shortly.
To cut the airway short, he got scammed by the team giving him a different wallet to send the money they want to invest.
Aha, we can still call it old news or old scamming strategy but yet, people are still falling victim. Just keep spreading the awareness and help others.

Majority of all this WhatsApp group and telegram Channels that has to do with investment be it stock or cryptocurrencies are scams, so don't fall for them. I have been recommended before in a WhatsApp group since I am this type of person that is always skeptical, so I just gave a deaf ear and a blind eye to it. I think a month later something crazy happened, members from that WhatsApp group were complaining bitterly and guess what there was no respond from the admin and the funny part is that the admin has locked the group chat today.

Sigh, ignorant people still exist and sometimes some are kinda foolish,  don't mind my language but I have to say that because this is the reason even the most obvious scams still have others falling for it.

Anyone who is guiding you on your investment should teach you how to secure/store your savings. In the crypto space this is clear, do not allow anyone store your coins for you, creating a wallet is one of the easiest and fastest things to do. Also, one has to ensure they can do proper research especially when it involves finance or anything sensitive, do not just take recommendations or advise from a single source or individual.

Did he even check if the price tags there were right in the first place, maybe he has no way of knowing if they actually made that recommendation to people the previous month but he could have at least tried to confirm if aluminium did as good as that picture claimed of if it was just someone fanning the flames of deceit in order to scam others, it's always better to verify informations yourself rather then just deciding to trust a complete stranger.
If there really were that good in predicting stock movement then they definitely won't be wasting their time on a WhatsApp group trying to convince others to invest in those stocks, they will just be doing it themselves instead.

It's funny how Whatsapp groups can be convincing enough to lure a stranger into losing their funds. This used to be more rampant on telegram and so many persons are aware in this day and age of cheap scams, how this is clearly a scam advertisement for the greedy and ignorant.

Real investors analyze risk before parting away their funds. You should do your own research to know about the business and if it is connected to any legal or illegal bodies before investing. It isn't rocket science, knowledge of a field of interest is more important at first before delving in with funds for potential gains, in any business or investment deals.

To me, this your friend have just fallen so cheap for this scammers, sending cryptocurrency to an unknown wallet address is just as simple as loosing the cryptocurrency asset, in the first place the person you are sending the cryptocurrency asset is an unknown person. Scammers are everywhere and they are looking out for their victims with all means, so as investors we should be very careful so that we don't  become victims. Following influencers to engage in any cryptocurrency investment on social media is very dangerous and the way these scammers behave, they can hack somebody's social media account and use it for fraudulent activities and you wouldn't know.

First before even indulging in most of these online adverts done by this influencers, you should know that, they are doing it based on what they are getting after they’ve done their job, most of the influencers don’t invest on the platform they are promoting, but they are using them as a means of trap to the audience.
About those that’ll chat you up to invest in one online platform or the other, telling you of the benefit and all you’ll get when you invest in and later asking you for registration fee, my question for them is, if the so called platform pays you that much why are they still asking for registration fee. So far I’ve know, anything that has potential to pay very well is kept a hidden by those who knows about it, so it doesn’t get flooded and reduces the chances of getting paid huge. 

And if you’re kinda convince to invest on the platform, try to get background knowledge of how the platform is being run, so you don’t fall for scams and loose your money.

These scammers always has target and once there target is reached they will take off so we ought to be vigilant and careful because the reason why some people also fall is because of greed.
