Each person has their own considerations when choosing the right time to sell their Bitcoin. Some people choose to sell after they've held it for more than 5 years, 10 years, or even longer.

For me, one cycle is the minimum time for someone to release some of their Bitcoin for profit. Ideally, it could take more than two cycles so they can achieve more optimal results from long-term accumulation.

Anything shorter than that is simply not ideal, as the profits they earn may not be optimal compared to the potential they could have achieved if they had held for a longer period.

It's only concerning if you don't have any price target or don't have any take-profit percentage from your initial investment. It's really difficult to time the market but if you have some target, then just plan it ahead and just sell when it's right in front of you.

The importance of the DCA strategy of investment is to help an investor have a clear cut goal in mind and it helps know the exact time to either sell or diversify the portfolio or even liquidate it.

When to sell your Bitcoin depends on your personal decision. If you plan to hold for the long term, then you can sell it when it reaches a target price. For example, if I plan to hold for the long term, my target price is 250k dollars, then I will not sell my Bitcoin holding until it reaches 250k dollars. So I will not change my decision in any way until my fixed target reaches 250k dollars. That is, this is my personal decision.

As an investor, you need to have a target as to when you want to sell, either a price target or a holding range. You can't hold forever at the same time. It's a totally subjective thing, no one can tell you what is a good price to sell your assets because it's your decision and it should be based on your financial goals and profit targets, which should be clear in your mind right from the beginning when you decide to make your investment, because someone who doesn't have a clear goal or target will mostly get lost in the journey, and getting lost in this journey only means financial loss because if you lose your target and don't claim it on the right time, you might not be able to get it again.

I personally believe that one should never extend their profit target when they make an investment, which means that if you had invested when the price was at $50k, and you thought you will sell when it reaches $100k, you should do it, even if you don't sell all the assets you are holding, at least take profit at that point, and then keep the rest only to test the market and if it goes up, you can get some more profits, but if it goes down again, you will at least not regret not selling when your target was already hit.

The right time to sell dpenda on the individual goal, If you aim to sell your coins in a price 10x you bought it then follow your goal.   Whether to sell your coins or not is for you to decide.
I can advice you to sell it now but I bet you won't agree because you have your own target price and own preparation.
One thing i would like to remind you, make sure you have enough money for your  daily needs when you decided to hodl for a lonf time.

Anyways, as a Bitcoiner or as someone who has made investing in bitcoin a full time job, never a time should you not be holding some bitcoin, even when you sell, take out profit and get ready to buy into bitcoin again as soon as you get a good entry price.

Its true that the price of Bitcoin appreciates long term but it makes absolutely no sence to watch your investment in Bitcoin appreciate and depreciate even to the turn of losing your capital and you sit, watch and do nothing.
How to maximize profit in bitcoin investment is to have a selling target, once the price of Bitcoin reaches that target, you sell, take out your profit and reinvest your capital when the price of Bitcoin does lower, you can choose to increase the capital so as to be able to buy more bitcoins than you previously held, and the remaining profit can be spent on whatever you want, this is how to keep growing your bitcoin stash and at the same time making profit.

You are the one who has to take the decision based on the circumstances. Because we don't know; you could hold it for ten years or twenty. Maybe the more you can hold Bitcoin, only you know the situation for your financial capability. We can't say 'sell it' when it breaks ATH, because Bitcoin has many records of breaking ATH again and again. Also we have to think that we can't hold it for a lifetime; we have to hold it for our life. We have to use of Bitcoin advantage.

You should have your own plan; say you are dreaming of building your home. But you don't have enough money, and you decide to invest your money into Bitcoin. So when Bitcoin rises and it's enough to build your own dream home, then you might sell it. Or you may have a special price target; you only sell when it is reached at that point. We can't prefer you any fixed price since it depends on the entry price and your exit plan. So you have to make the strategy of entry and exit.

You will not win a trophy for being the richest person in the cemetery.  There is no "perfect" time to sell; so the way I see it, whenever there is a profit from a sale that makes your life better, that is when you need to sell.  This could be anywhere from 2 years to 10 years from today.

When you can benefit from the money you will get, you should be selling.  Dont focus on the length of time you have owned an asset; focus on your goal.  If you dont set a specific goal for yourself, then you will probably wait for years until the market goes down before you sell.  Waiting for years to sell an asset will not give you an advantage if you never improved your life by taking advantage of the sale.

I think you can sell any time you want to for as long as you're satisfied. There is no specific time when you should and when you shouldn't.
