Any reasonable person who follows the charts and monitors the activities in the market at least for the past couple of weeks will know that investing in altcoins now is a dangerous investment because many altcoins will experience heavy dump. Time without number we have been ringing it as a bell that altcoins is not to be kept for a long term because they are coins that can't stand firm in the market. They can pump now and dump tomorrow so it isn't as trusted investment at all. Already, during a bear season many altcoins vanishes from the market so it would not be surprising if we start seeing a massive dump in many altcoins.

I like when speculations had gone round before the event time. So I think it's because the crypto market entirely is experiencing this highily volatile declines that's why you think the signal is a hint of wiping AltCoins off the market. Don't forget that bitcoin is also affected. So what do you've to say on that one?However, as much as in skeptic in the Alt market, I won't in this critical time stand by it.

It's been a 24/7 ringing bell here in the forum about the risks of investing in AltCoins due to it highily volatilities and hypes can which either sustain fortunate values in the short term or there in the med term and then dumps.
At this time we should watch out for exchange platforms delisting most of those shitcoins due to low trading volume.

When investing in a coin, you understand the risk, but it's double the risk if you're investing in one with no purpose other than hype and shilling. In a bear market, whatever hype and shilling you do, it's not going to work; eventually, it will be wiped out.

I am ready for that because it's expected.

But we will see if this is what's about to come is going to be as brutal as the 2018.

That's the most brutal dip that I've witnessed but of course there were others in the past. So, if others are not ready.

This signals them to simply just be ready for what's about to come.

Just cut loss if you can’t take the dump anymore. And why would you go for altcoins that aren’t top alts? Not all listed alts have potential, and as an investor, you should always DYOR. For top alts, this is an opportunity. If it doesn’t materialize, just DCA or cut loss. It’s not like you bought alts with no future, where even DCA or holding won’t yield profits. You don’t need to flee from alts, what you need to flee from are useless alts or those that don’t have much future or no potential to get back to their ATH.

Where have you been, altcoin already gotten wrecked from long time ago. The reason you see the market cap excluding top 10 still this high is because new altcoins listing such as Monad, Berachain, and MegaETH that got big funding from VC for it to have billions market cap.
The other altcoins are dying right now, Cosmos is dying and its ecosystem is mostly dead, milkyway tia restaking went bakrupt and so does Celestia which already down 98% from its ATH. It's overall apocalypse out there and people who still buying altcoin keep losing despite buying at ATL.

It's already so bad for coin below top 10 and I don't think there is hope. That's exactly why I've reduced exposure to any altcoin and even invested a little in ETH and SOL. If bearish market happen, these altcoin gonna go to 0.
At times like this where market is leaning more toward bearish sentiment, better get our hands off our altcoins holding if you don't want to get wiped out.

Altcoins do not have the stability needed for long-term investment and do not reach new ATHs after a dip. I have more than one altcoin that I have invested in which the price rose to $20-$25 but so far their price has not even reached $1, let alone a new ATH. So those who buy and sell in the hope of immediate profit are right. Altcoins are not for long-term investment but for trading, i.e. a lot like gambling.

For those who are interested in investing in a relatively low-risk place for long-term investment, thinking about the future, investing in Bitcoin is much safer than altcoins.

Not at all. We're prepared for an altcoin crash, as this is a common occurrence during a bear market. If bitcoin crashes, altcoins will crash even more.

Useless altcoins "die" every day, and so be it, because they were never needed.

That really depends on the community's level of trading knowledge, and besides, the market is still unpredictable. That’s just your speculation or personal perception.
We’re all just forming opinions based on what we see on the charts; it’s as simple as that.

Yes, it’s true that investing in altcoins is high-risk, but it still comes down to the belief and understanding of each community especially if they are actually doing their research

The dip in the market currently is crazy, and am so sure that lots of meme coins won’t be able to survive the market. If you are investing in altcoins, make sure you are investing in altcoins that have been in market for a long period of time, altcoins that have experienced different market conditions, and they are still performing well.

I know it’s risky to invest in altcoins, but anyone that chooses to invest in altcoins should go for the one that have been in market space for some time now. They are just better than investing all this new coins entering the market that don’t even have any use case. Most of them are just going to die whenever there is a massive crash in the market.

I guess OP is considering these meme coins to be among the known altcoins which does not really have any future. For those meme coins, yes even I can say that they might eventually die but I can never think the same with top altcoins like ETH, BNB, etc. These altcoins have gained some really good momentum and they are in demand. People are just waiting to hop in as the dip continues. Even some major institutions have started showing interest in few top altcoins after they made billions investing in bitcoins. I don't know which coins OP might have studied but for major altcoins, I can still see a positive future.

It is not that the markets will always follow the chart patterns. Even if we see any bearish pattern does not mean that the market is completely going to dry out. This will be for a while and eventually there will be bullish patterns again. In times like this, fundamental analysis is quite important along with the technical and fundamentals tell us that the future is strong.
