I am currently living in the US and did use a VPN to access the site. This was never a problem for years. Deposits, wagering, withdrawals, and even support interactions all worked normally, and I was never warned or restricted in any way.

They had no problem accepting deposits for years and processing a withdrawal right before the lock, but then enforced the rules without warning and kept the remaining balance. I am not disputing the ban or asking for the account back. I am only asking for the release of funds that were clearly present on the account before it was locked.
your best chance to get your remaining balance is to send an email to
compliance@rollbit.com and hope they look into it properly and refund you. it's a long shot, but better than not trying.
