Bcgame crypto deposit not received (Resolved

My BCGAME UID:- 20605843
I made a crypto deposit of 22.3 USDT into my bcgame account but the deposits was not credited to my bcgame account even after the transaction successfully went through. https://plasmascan.to/tx/0xa20699fe78b87e0525b72db3eb1107dbe192f8e6ffcfe8273f9e6fd7e7472d92 is the transaction hash for the deposit. And deposit address from my bcgame wallet is 0x0B1857e469D73c18d63fe6f5B970C356e455D022. I don't know what is happening with bcgame . Firstly were having issues with fiat transactions now. The issues are happening with crypto also.

Have you already contacted support about this? If not, that should be the first thing you do.

If you’re not satisfied with their reply and you honestly think you were scammed, that’s the time to open a scam accusation.
Just posting an address doesn’t really help. It would be better to include a screenshot of your account showing that address, so it’s clear it’s the correct one and not just a made-up claim.

OP, try to PM bctokenbot, they're the new representative of BC and is with BC internally, so they're the one looking into cases right now. Hopefully it's a simple thing to resolve as it is crypto and proof of confirmation is already abundant.

Because in the name of live support they have AI which gives AI response and that too for fiat deposits they have no support for crypto deposits and it is impossible to contact them for crypto related transactions .

It is well known that their customer support is run by some retards who do not read players' messages. Even if they do, they just paste an AI-generated response or use pre-written text. However, I also believe their new representative on the forum won't give you AI-generated answers. Since you already sent them a private message and are waiting for their answer, I hope your deposit will be credited if you didn't send it to the wrong blockchain or address.

Hope so...i did use the exact chain as i used on bcgame to get the deposit address and only did tranfer the usdt to specified usdt address on plasma network.

Do you know if you reached the minimal deposit requirements?
Sometimes whenever you make deposits and it doesn’t arrive as expected it could be that you didn’t meet the requirements, so while making deposits it’s always advisable to read their terms to know minimal amount you could deposit. That was how I lose money back to one gambling site like that because I made deposits below their minimal requirement, it goes through my ends and confirm as well but when I go back checking the deposits minimal I had to understand that it wasn’t even enough and even when I tried to send additional funds to boost the balance up it didn’t reflect till I had to send higher above minimal requirement before the last one got credited but those ones I sent got missing and supported couldn’t help. No sir, there'a no update on that i still haven't received my deposit yet. Don't know what went wrong here and why isn't my deposit credited to my wallet yet. I have shared the deposit address screenshot and deposit confirmation screenshot both above on the thread along with blockchain txn hash.

Everyone accused bcgame merchants so i choose to use crypto instead of fiat. But to my wonder crypto deposit also got stuck and only was credited after someone from bcgame support helped me. And if they are helping people here i'm just curious about my withdrawal's what happened to them.
