Looking for advice or help for my developing social network

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working for some time on a social network project and decided to post here to get some technical feedback and advice from developers.

The idea is to build a social platform similar to Twitter or Threads, but more open, and with plans to integrate a crypto marketplace in the future (similar to a marketplace concept, but focused on cryptocurrencies).

Current goal:
I’m mainly looking for general technical advice, architectural suggestions, and feedback from experienced programmers or web developers.

Important:
This is not an investment request. I am not raising funds or asking for money. I’m only looking for advice and possible collaboration.

You don't look for a feedback from experienced programmers when you haven't built anything yet.
Build a system and the community is willing to review it for you.

Meanwhile, your idea is great but i fear that it will need strict monitoring, else you will be building yet another temple for scammers.

I’ve almost finished the website (I actually started this project just two days ago) and it’s moving along quickly, and you’re right that it needs stricter supervision. creating and opening a twitter stlye platform is definitely a strong challenge. firstly it is best to concentrate on the core social features first before thinking of putting add on like crypto to ensure the safety and security while starting out.

You're right, it's a big challenge. And I'll probably focus on social issues, as you mentioned, rather than cryptocurrencies from the start.

I think you should be writing LLM algorithms, not wasting your time building complete social networks in two days!     

If my feeble mind may enquire - why don't any of the existing social networks do this?

great sounds like a solid build  social and crypto marketplace is a crazy combo if you architect it right. just make sure you lock in scalability security, and clean backend structure early so it dont get to messy later down the line. respect for focusing on feedback first  that is how real projects grow. Good luck man

Here is my advice: just start working on something. Once you have a framework of what you are trying to do you can ask us about what we think of it. But you currently have nothing to show us so you might as well ask ChatGPT for advice.

No need to start from scratch you only need to improve it. I tried this before. The problem with site like this you need a lot money for promotion.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Scalability and security have been top priorities from day one. I'm building the backend securely from scratch to prevent future issues, consulting with backend architecture experts and conducting security testing before launch.

The platform is also designed to collect the minimum amount of user data.
