I saw that as well. Is it not better that they tell us that they are a kyc casino than saying one thing and still doing another thing? One can see this as deceit because it looks like tricking the community to get traffic, and when it reaches time for withdrawal, or someone wins big, they begin to demand KYC, which they initially said was not a thing of concern to them.  It is better if they come up to clarify their KYC stand for the community to know, than just ignoring it because it might dent their reputation here in the future if they do not correct this aspect of their KYC let us know that now.

Can't really see how doing KYC changes/fixes the multi account violations! Users can just use their family members identity in this case and get away with multi accounts. It's like do KYC and we'll ignore the fact that a multi account violation took place! Instead just flag IP addresses and don't allow VPN uses if you wanna prevent that. Just my two sats...

Rather than receiving cards from cumbersome shipments, it's good to know that we can sell them and receive balance. Would you mind explaining more about this step please.

If it is truly like this, people will feel more comfortable with their experience by having at least two options for cards distributed by DiscoPacks.

Almost every day we see a new casino coming into the forum. I am amazed at how this forum has become a place for new casinos to build reputations.

But there is one thing I notice. Despite the government's urging for KYC as a requirement, all casinos advertise as having no KYC. I think we should stop this kind of strategy. It would be better to be more transparent. I know KYC doesn't matter to most gamblers because what is important is the reputation of the casino.

I do remember a crypto loot box website back in 2019, that ended being a total scam. I don't remember the name, though. It's stuck in my head that such "loot box" websites are scam, but I hope that OP is going to build a genuine platform that pays the people, who have luck.
The "loot boxes"/"open chests to receive a reward" marketing model has been tried and tested in big multiplayer games like CS:GO and in lots of mobile games like Clash Royale. I know that it works, but the users need something more to feel entertained. Maybe OP should add actual games, where the users could bet loot boxes(which have been purchased by them) and play against each other in order to win more loot boxes. Anyway, good luck with this project, OP.

Great ANN and site design op. Reminds me of retro themed crypto gambling sites like Punkz etc, but I am not really a fan of these sort of pack or nft style box opening concepts thanks to the high house edge involved and the suspense factor.

I advise your team to diversify and add add more variety(Traditional casino games etc) in order to make it more appealing in the long run.

When you get an item, you can choose whether you want to sell it, and receive a balance, or you want to claim your reward as physical reward.

I’m curious to the pokemon cards packs. I don’t if there’s a license needed to use materials from the pokemon but it seems the display is the same with pokemon cards.

This is a cool website if they can offer a real card as prize option.

I am not sure if a license is needed either, but nintendo is known to have an aggressive history of suing or dangling the DMCA takedown card LOL, so I wouldn't be surprised if so.

However, a small company like DiscoPacks is probably too obscure to be on Nintendo's radar. It's a different story if they end up booming though.

Although the retro neon purple and black theme may not seem new, DiscoPacks.com is a different platform all about the packs of TCG collection. We want to keep the experience enjoyable and fulfilling and we are considering the idea of providing literal card prizes at some time in the future. In the case of Pokemon-like packs, we adhere to the copyright laws and are considering appropriate licensing. Such feedback allows us to grow and develop in a responsible manner.
