This casino in question choose to only offer manual exclusion for a reason, and for this reason, you can't sue them sorry bro..

You can't sue them because since they do not have a self exclusion button on their website where users can click and expect to be self excluded immediately, so as far as self exclusion on this site is manual in the sense that you will have to send them an email and wait for their response, they are going to win you in court if you try to sue them because they are simply going to say that they don't have any specific time they reply to emails, and that you were told to wait that you will get a reply soon, it was you who didn't wait but choose to continue to deposit money and gamble on their casino when they were still in the process of approving your self exclusion request.

I think it’s a special offer that involves deposit bonus or specific bonus that intended for higher VIP. This is considered as exclusive bonus probably to lure him back to casino and to avoid self excluding.

The story is about you wanted to self-exclude yourself to stop playing, but instead casino made themselves look more attractive and that (or maybe not) has triggered you to make a deposit that you have lost? I dont think they will let you get your lost deposit back or any casino would do that. But the way they have acted might be a call to start actions against them. They have provoked you, you have showed them your weakness, and they immediately used that against you. The better approach here is to really have discipline and have the initiative not to play on a casino. Because like it or not, the final decision will still be on you and not the gambling site. How you will react on betting will still be on you. You will only waste resources and time suing or running after the site. Well, you can blame the casino for not being cooperative with you. But since they require the mobile number to apply the self-exclusion, and you didn't follow their rules, you actually do share the blame. However, it is sad to see that a casino made self-exclusion so hard. It's supposed to be a few clicks away. The player should be able to exclude themselves from the casino without any help from the casino. This is why it's called self-exclusion.
