Which type of bet do you usually focus on as a sports bettor?

I always bet on the moneyline or match winner market when the odds are close to -110 or 1.90, but other times I pull the trigger on handicaps and total markets if one side is heavily favored. These markets are my go-to mostly for the action, and the profits come second because it's not worth the hassle when you're bound to lose anyway.

I try to focus on esports, but I also place bets on other sports such as the NFL, NBA, and football. I try to juggle them in between whenever esports events wrap up during the weekend.

I bet on soccer, mostly. But sometimes I bet on boxing, NBA (if I know the team and opponent) or local soccer.

I don't have specific market I bet but I use some sports betting. Although the result is not significantly giving me good result, that is no problem at all.

I realize that I need to learn more improving my skills. Only by that way I may increase my chances to win.

I simply do not understand how the whole moneyline and teaser thing is calculated so I don't use them as options. I think most people would prefer parlays-- even gamblers that often find the reasons to do the whole moneyline thing, would sometimes go straight on the Overs/Unders etc.

I don't have a favourite sport that I focus on, especially since we're having the NBA, Soccer and MMA as mainstreams. I just move with the mood and the reason why I'd like to try either of them out.

I like to keep it all as simple as possible, I avoid parlays (combined bets). I do my own personal analysis and go straight for money line on the team which I believe has the more chances of winning.

My favorite discipline to bet on is football/soccer and I usually wait for the most important tournaments to be around the corner, so I have enough money to bet as I want with little constraint.

I avoid betting on sports in which I have no knowledge about, because that can lead me to lose more money than I have previously planned to.

for me sports game remain the best and why i love it so much is because it is easy to predict than other games i have ever known. although not that wining is easy but i just find it easy than other. and apart from that the option i like betting is the BTS both team to score, over and under, home or away win. this option makes it easy and fun to bet, thats why i love sport bet over other games.

I think you have missed my favorite option which is draw. I don't bet on any other option except draw and have been making profits with it but one thing about gambling is that no matter how good you are in the options you are familiar with there is no how you would be in profiting side without losing, that is the real truth about it.

So I bet on soccer game because I found it more entertaining than every other spots but I always stick to my limit and know when to stop and call it a day because most times we often get carried away by the excitement of the game which is not supposed to be.

I mostly bet on e-sports because I watch e-sports far more often than other sports. I usually use moneyline and totals and I really avoid parlays because that will make me feel greedy aiming for a big win, only for everything to be ruined because I mispredicted just one match.

Moneyline and totals feel easier for me, since when I watch esports I understand the teams’ playstyles. But in the end, nothing is guaranteed even when using a method I feel most confident in.

The pattern someone uses is the one that will save him in the bet company,to me the pattern I use is first half draw and draw game in my prediction I always go for draw ,this has favoured me in many places,this is my patterns of my game I like first half draws too much.

Personally, I like to bet "live". Its really rare I place a bet pre-match.
I really like gamble on tennis. 95% of my gambling choice is always in tennis. Long explanation...short... it's easy to track few players/matches/competitions
Meanwhile other sports have full teams and many variables involved. Even odds can be "enough" if you don't always search an underdog...
No parlays, of course !

I bet on NBA, WNBA, E-sports and sometimes Football.

I preferred ML bet on sport that I bet less such as Football and E-Sports while point spread on NBA and WNBA because I can do better analysis to determine the potential safe point spread on my pick.

ML is still the best for me because it’s easier to achieve the winning condition.

I usually prefer soccer. First of all, I love football. Since I enjoy it, it is easy for me to place bets. Also, since I have been involved in it since I was a child, I have some experience. Experience is quite important in sports gambling.

Sometimes I get involved in NBA and cricket gambling. I am not very experienced in NBA. I have several favorite players in NBA. I am still new to it. I am still learning about NBA. On the other hand, when Cricket World Cup is held, I sometimes participate in gambling.

Winning in gambling is always unpredictable. In football, we should keep in mind the recent performance of the team, the results of the head-to-head matches and the starting XI. If we can understand and analyze these three things well, the chances of winning in gambling will increase.

Lately, I’ve been placing more bets on total corners in football matches, and I also like to bet after the first half is finished. In my opinion, this kind of approach gives me a better chance to win my bets. I’ve tried it several times already, and the results have been quite decent, the difference between wins and losses isn’t that big. I sometimes bet on total cards too, since in my opinion it’s a bit easier to predict compared to other markets.

Usually, before placing a bet, I watch the first half to see whether both teams are playing aggressively, which could increase the chances of a higher total of cards. Or I look at whether both teams are using a lot of long balls and crosses, which can lead to more ^{or sometimes fewer} corner kicks.

I used to place bets on the NBA, tennis, and soccer, but in the end I settled on soccer only, because that’s where I had the best results. As for markets, lately I place very few bets on totals, mostly I bet on the match winner. These are probably my most common bets. And when I limit myself to just one sport and focus only on a few specific markets, I can see that my results become much better. As soon as I start spreading myself too thin again, watching NBA games or choosing something from tennis, the number of losses immediately increases.

I prefer to bet on football because that's my favorite sport. I bet on parlay once in a while, if I want to test my predicting skills with no analysis but with the little knowledge I gained from watching the past matches of the clubs I want to bet on. However, moneyline is my thing. I place my bet on few matches for the day.

1) I bet mostly on football. As common as NBA is, I do not bet on it, I prefer just football.

2) I prefer moneyline, but there are few times that I go for parlay with 2 or 3 matches but not more than that because the more the matches, the chance of losing it is higher.

Money line is simple and somehow easier to predict than other options. I play parlay but the risk of losing is higher than choosing just the outright winner of a game. Parlay wins are usually higher,  however, I prefer not to take that risk every time. I am also a football sports bettor because it's the most popular sport in my location.

Honestly, I usually lose when I bet on even matchups, because it’s basically 50/50 once you factor in the juice. I find it hard to see any real value there.
I’m more into point spreads and totals. I’m not saying I’m profitable, but I do have a better win rate when I focus on those markets compared to straight-up picks.

1. NBA. I am not forgetting to check the spreads and the lines for this.
2. The moneyline and the spreads are where I mostly bet. In the past, I always took over and unders, and sometimes I made a long parlay, but I stopped it after checking my bad statistics of a high losing percentage.

This is where sports are good at. We have different options to pick, and I bet some sports bettors focus on other options like player props. I've seen many forum members who are good at this, and I think it's also because they are always updated and watching the games closely to ensure a higher winning percentage.

I am not a guru when it comes to sports betting knowledge which also involves knowing the different types of betting, but then, one I've always focused on is parley, I naturally love to bet on parley not because it's profitable but because it's fun, I love the thrills, the anticipations, the adrenaline rush I get when I watch each of the legs on that ticket tick good and then with a few games left to play, I love it makes me feel when i am hoping the remaining legs in the tickets play in my favor which often times fail to..

And my favourite sports game has always been football, I do bet on basketball, volleyball and table tennis at times, but my focus has always been on football, the Premier league is my number one area of focus when it comes to football leagues.
And betting generally has not been quite profitable for me, but I still enjoy betting.
