Hello everyone,

I've never really posted here before, but after seeing B1exch (aka b1ack exchange) being promoted and discussed on this forum, I had to create an account and say something.

Strongly advise everyone: DO NOT use b1exch.io!

After a short investigation, I found advertisements for this exchange directly on the darknet – specifically on Dread Forum. The owner/operator of this "crypto exchange" is the same person who runs a well known shop selling stolen VCCs (Virtual Credit Cards), fullz, dumps, databases, BIN lookup tools, and other typical carding/fraud stuff.

Yes, you read that right - your crypto swaps and no KYC trades are most likely funding darknet fraud operations that steal from regular people (including possibly some of us here).

For anyone who wants to verify this themselves (and I really recommend you do):

Go to Dread Forum
Look for the subdread: /d/b1ack
Everything is there in black and white - ads, links, discussions, proofs.
https://ibb.co/tTp6xV2F

I'm honestly shocked that this service is allowed to be openly promoted here on Bitcointalk.

I'm even more shocked that ICOPRESS decided to take money for advertising something like this.

Using their exchange = directly supporting scammers, carders, and potentially much worse things (fraud networks, identity theft rings, etc.).
This isn't just some "shady but harmless" mixer – it's literally connected to active criminal shops on the darknet.|

EDIT::
EDIT:
EDIT:

Looks like Mr. B1ack got his feet burning and decided to delete ALL his posts on Dread Forum. Unfortunately for him, he didn't think it through - some deleted posts are still visible in various ways, and not everything was posted by him personally. Here are more proofs Cheesy
Hey "BLACK" (or whatever your real name is), I really don't like scammers, and you definitely are one.

The person with nick "B1ack" deleted the exchange ad post on Dread, but the thread title is still there: https://ibb.co/d0vSjygZ | LINK: /post/55775ae0848233e6329e/?context=6c132a7b60bf1723b3#c-5973fa6da28d31db68

The same nick "B1ack" is the owner of "B1ACK STASH" where he sells stolen CC/VCC and a lot more fraud stuff I'm not even familiar with: https://ibb.co/Y4jyrZCF | Subdread name: /d/b1ack

Almost all threads got deleted to try to break the connection between them, but some remained – for example this one: A well known person from Dread received a BUG BOUNTY: https://ibb.co/rJFv8kd
There it clearly states who the admin is, and you can see the same nick appearing earlier Cheesy
Plus, check the comment under that post: https://ibb.co/cKCHD9PK | /post/3379bcaf7be1369af6a1 (Probably gonna get deleted soon too)

Of course, the Subdread topic for B1ack exchange has been closed and is now “invite only” What bad luck Sad /d/b1ackExchange | https://ibb.co/b5L0Cx6L

So yeah, the attempt to cover it up completely failed – good thing he's not smart enough for that.
After this desperate evidence deletion attempt, we can be 100% sure that what I wrote originally is true.

Your funds might end up funding carding operations that ruin innocent people's lives. Think twice before use.

After a short investigation, I found
Can you elaborate on what exactly you find, and what convinced you to make such claims?
The screenshot you left doesn't prove anything. Advertising in a place that you or I don't like is not proof of anything, except that the platform wants to build its brand in other places as well.

I literally wrote to you how to verify it, screenshots don't prove anything, so I didn't post any except for that one.

It's better to check it yourself than look at POSSIBLY fake screenshots, right? RIGHT?

But if you think that building a brand with money from carding is okay, then we have nothing to talk about.

You accused b1exch of database and identity theft. I want to ask, do you think 1bexch is not truly No KYC exchange. Is our data indirectly being stolen?
I want us to discuss as it concerns us here before extending research to other platforms.

The forum doesn't actually control where anyone will advertise, in as much as you are advertising only legal services here. So, your claim boils down to individual principles and doesn't require the action of moderators.

How exactly did you know the owner of the current b1exch is the one you mention who can steal identities and do carding?

The screenshot doesn't show anything as evidence about your claim. You need to bring evidence here because carding is illegal, and we shouldn't talk about this here since it is not related to crypto.

I thought at first time it was a clone of eXch.cx, which was announced last year to stop operation. I search a bit and see that there is a campaign running that just started a week ago managed by Icopress.

If you can provide evidence, then every DTs here will tag that account immediately but I didn't see any good evidence above.

If in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/d0vSjygZ - you cannot see the name of the project, who posted it, and that the post has been deleted, then unfortunately you are slow or someone has paid you.

Author: B1ack (owner of carding service)
Topic name: Blah, blah, blah. “B1exch - privacy first automated crypto exchange”

But you're right, it's better to take $100 for this post and write that there are no confirmations here, right?

How exactly did you know the owner of the current b1exch is the one you mention who can steal identities and do carding?
I found a thread announcing b1exch published a few hours ago by the aforementioned nickname on the dread forum /post/cdf7393d64650c86714f.
I have no idea how to link the b1ack account on the darkweb to the one on this forum unless OP actually saw something before some of the posts were deleted, as he claims. I think it's foolish for a "professional" to use the same nickname in multiple places, when some of their domains appear to have been seized by the authorities https://manhattanda.org/manhattan-d-a-s-office-seizes-domains-of-websites-selling-more-than-1-million-stolen-credit-cards/.

I came across this article which seems to be a comprehensive study about b1ack (on Dread).

https://cyberint.com/blog/other/b1acks-stash-a-comprehensive-analysis-of-the-free-1-million-card-leak/
Quote
B1ack is notorious in these forums for distributing CCS/FULLZ—credit and debit cards along with full personal information, known as “FULLZ,” which contains enough data to commit identity theft or fraud—as freebies. Further investigation indicated that B1ack started this marketing campaign in January this year by posting hundreds of free stolen payment cards to build credibility and attract more customers.

This is interesting, I'll wait to see what others think.
By the way, as of this writing, the b1exch site, mirror, and Tor version are inaccessible at the same time.

If the OP informs this correctly and has strong evidence I think it would be appropriate to be on the Reputation Board, considering that the content of this thread is related to fraud.

Cases like this should be widely exposed in forums, due to their potentially detrimental nature. Moreover, this is about a crypto exchange that will probably be of interest to many people.
This Board (Service Discussion) is too quiet to discuss fraud and I think it's not the right place.

Everything you added to the first post is no proof of anything except that there are discussions, which are or can be related to b1ack.
Clear evidence means that something you expose clearly and unambiguously points to the facts you are proving. Just imagine where we would end up if you immediately accepted what you posted and reacted negatively as you expect. So, it is enough for someone to just register here, leave a screenshot, make an accusation, and voila, the service ends up in the trash.
Fortunately, things don't work out that way.

I'm honestly shocked that this service is allowed to be openly promoted here on Bitcointalk.

Any service which clearly isn't a darknet website or a mixer is allowed to post here. b1exch isn't promoted by bitcointalk, users rent their signature to b1exch, which is different than a promotion by the forum itself.

Your topic reminded me of one post made in altcointalk, showing that adguard is blocking b1exch.

I don't have AdGuard, but it is very likely someone reported the website as "scam" or "fraudulent", and they included it in the blacklist of websites that are to be blocked by AdGuard and any service that uses their database.

There was/is another similar case - MetaMask blocklist abuse — legitimate exchange blocked after competitor threats

Reposting from the other forum:

b1exch is not blocked on adguard. I think Woodie got confused. (The user that posted the screenshot)

Notice how his warning mentions "index.php", but b1exch has no such page: https://b1exch.io/index.php (Page not found)

I tested myself with a few adguard extensions (on an isolated browser) and there is no block whatsoever.

I think it's important to verify something like this before spreading it. Tongue

I have no interest in going to some other website (especially that one) to confirm these allegations, but let's see.  Are the screen shots damning?

It does indeed appear that someone with the username "b1ack" advertised b1exch.io on that website:

And yes, the announcement is in "hidden services," which is the same place my Bitcoind and ElectrumX tor addresses reside in my trrc file, lol.  What exactly does "Hidden Services" mean in this regard, I don't know.

And here's where he's supposedly selling stolen credit cards and scary darkweb trinkets, but the only thing I see that looks in the slightest bit shady is a "cocacola breach."  What in the wide world of sports is a cocacola breach?  If it actually has something to do with breaching the security of cocacola, then good.  Fuck those zionist supporters of genocide and peddlers of poison.  Fuck 'em good.

Here's what the OP was talking about regarding the security bounty, but this is BlackExchange, not b1exch, and it's posted by a completely different user.

And lastly, the screenshot supporting the OP's claim that the b1exch's community is invite only:

So, without going on a wild goose chase, and unwilling to dig into some dark web rabbit hole, I'm failing to see the smoking gun.  The OP came here with a belly full of fire, and threw some screenshots around that supposedly support his claims, but I haven't seen anything that makes me want to dig deeper.

I'd be interested to see how the b1ack account responds to this thread.  If it's even worth his time.

This could be an elaborate ploy by the OP to besmirch the reputation of b1exch.io for ulterior motives...  A competitor, perhaps, or someone who got butthurt engaging in a flame-war with b1ack?

I don't know if this is relevant for this exchange, but it's also advertised on another carding forum. And yes, some sections are also closed, likely by invitation only.

They did respond 3 days ago, on their ANN-

We have violated zero BitcoinTalk rules and engaged in zero illegal activity on this forum.

We're providing a legitimate service , and trolls attack us because:

- We're competition to their scam operations!
- We actually deliver what we promise!
- We're gaining market share and we refuse to implement KYC!

We face a simple choice in this industry - Provide real financial privacy and freedom (what we do) or stay silent and wait for permission from authorities who will never give it. Everyone saw what happened to eXch —shut down by German authorities despite years of operation, they were targeted precisely because they provided real privacy.

Why "b1ack" Name? Strategic Business Decision:

- Started with recognized name = instant market credibility
- Could compete in established markets immediately
- Focused resources on service quality, not brand building
- Achieved in 1 month what takes new brands 2-3 years, this wasn't deception—it was smart business.

Let's be honest and admit that many "competing" services are actually run by genuine scammers who confiscate user deposits without cause. Exchanges that employ KYC verification tactics without any legal authority to do so are the perfect trap to lead ordinary users through a cycle of hell and then steal their money. Don't forget about those who specifically target large transactions and those who exploit law enforcement tricks while pretending to provide privacy.

Interesting statement, they say they have broken zero rules and zero illegal activity on 'this forum'
If someone alleged that I did any such things my reply would be very different  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

they also neither confirmed nor denied being linked to or running "B1ACK STASH".
that alone is enough for anyone reading between the lines to make their own conclusion about what OP is claiming.

If someone alleged that I did any such things my reply would be very different  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
same, especially if i'm being wrongly accused.
