"Authentication required for broadcasting" error  FIXED
This was a bug on our end. Our real-time notification system (used for deposit alerts, balance updates, etc.) was incorrectly trying to establish a WebSocket connection for ALL visitors, including guests who haven't logged in yet. Obviously guests don't need real-time account notifications, so the server was rejecting the connection and throwing that error on screen. This has been patched  the WebSocket now only initializes for logged-in users. You should no longer see that message.

Language switching slow + partially translated pages FIXED
Two problems here. First, our translation files had zero caching  every time you switched language, the browser had to re-download the entire translation file from scratch instead of using a cached version. That's why it felt like it was "loading" and showing "connect to internet." We've added proper caching now so language switches should be near-instant after your first visit.

Second, the partial translations you were right. Our English file had 1,858 text strings but most other languages only had about 982 (~53% coverage). The missing strings were showing up blank or as raw code keys, which made pages look half-translated. We've filled in the gaps with English fallback text for now so nothing looks broken anymore. We'll be working on getting proper native translations done over the coming weeks. If any of you are native speakers and want to help translate, feel free to reach out  we'd be happy to compensate for the help.

Regarding the $5 no-deposit bonus and anti-abuse measures

On the night of February 16th we were doing a system upgrade (rolling out updates to our Dice game and caching system), and during that process there was a brief period where all games went down — including the slots. This was a server-side issue on our end, not a problem with the slot game itself.

The issue has been fully resolved. If you refresh the page now everything should work normally. Slot games will resume from where you left off if there's an active session, but in this case the session was interrupted by the server restart so it wouldn't have saved your state — that's the expected behavior during a deployment, not a bug with the game.

If your $5 bonus balance was affected by the crash, reach out to us and we'll make it right.
