Did you know any new producer of prefabricated or easy-to-transport houses...Huh
I am looking, for a friend of mine living in SEA, to find few units (likewise a modern style, glass, and other modern material or recyclible ones)
But this should be easily transportable by boat or in general an "ikea product" ready to be assembled.

I have seen many ideas, even in some bitcoin conferences, but did you know or have a real life experience or some product/solution to recommend?

I doubt any producer in the world has been able to figure out how to build real portable or mobile houses. The various solution I have come across are just hybrids or part mobile, part fixed, with permanently joined parts that can't be easily disassembled. Real mobile houses should be modularized, possibly foldable, always easy to move around, or never permanently fixed to the ground. The modular feature makes extending the houses to desired sizes or lengths easy, with styled designs(which include external parts made to look like modern house parts) using modules of different shapes and sizes.  The plumbing and stuff for the toilet, bathroom, kitchen  etc should be easy to detach and re-attach.
And it should be possible to screw the base of the house to very heavy iron that acts a foundation and prevents it from getting turn over by heavy wind or things like that.

There are various foldable house videos (and possibly their producers) you can find on YouTube. But they don't meet the standard I mentioned above.
