I deposited more funds into the bookmaker than I withdrew. The bookmaker blocked my account and refuses to return my deposit. They say there's an unsettled bet. My last bet was a month ago. The betting results have long been known.There are approximately 80 dollars in the account. I don't understand why they block losing players. Return my deposit and I'll go play at another bookmaker.

Suppoing that it's a legit website you used, and if I understood well, you deposited an amount then try to withdraw it without finishing the wager requirement. All casinos require to wager the deposit at least one time before to withdraw, so that the casino won't be used as a mixer.

An unsettled bet represents a result they can't guarantee based on an official source. The federation hasn't posted the match results on their website. The match was completed a month ago, but they don't know how. It's the same as Real Madrid playing Barcelona. We don't know the outcome, so we won't calculate your bet. They do this to avoid returning the money to my balance. Because if they unblock my account, I'll have money in my balance, and they'll have to return it. I deposited more money than I withdrew.

Thanks for your response here. I believe the thread will be marked solved as soon as OP contacts the live support. I think OP hasn't tried to talk with live support since haven't added any screenshots to the post. Hope he understands now what he has to do to get back the initial deposit. I will advise accelerating the process and blocked if you really found irregular activity. Users may simply move on to some other platforms.

OP, always try to talk with the support through live chat or email regarding your issues. So you can even add more evidence regarding your problem. If it's not enough to short through the support system, then you should create the allegation thread. However, follow the strategy they said; I hope you will get back your funds.

How many times you attempted to chat the support and received same outcome? Sometimes, the chat drop if the support assigned to you have mistake on holding your chat open while you are waiting.

BK8 official is very helpful and already gives you an assurance that you can withdraw.

You can seek his help again if you already try few times without any response.

They said I'd have to make another $71 deposit to withdraw, as the minimum withdrawal in crypto is $150. This is true. After making a deposit, you need to make a turnover. But betting is prohibited because the account is limited; withdrawals are allowed only. They haven't disabled the turnover.
