If you have already made connections to your exchanges, how did your API setup process go and were you required to perform any specific actions or configuration options during the setup?
The process looks difficult for you because you are not a professional crypto trader yet. You are just starting afresh which is going to make every process uneasy for you. If you must have gone through the process, you will need a capital for you to put it into work but I doubt if you have huge capital to do this and complete the setup. I will rather advise you to switch to the demo mode since you need to try and see how you can relate to how Finestel works helping professional traders and asset managers to trade the crypto market.

One thing I don’t see discussed much in multi account systems is disconnection handling. What if one of the copier accounts disconnects from the master mid-session? How does the system recover from that?
More importantly, how is state rebuilt for that specific account? Is the current position and pending order state reconstructed directly from the exchange before resuming synchronization with the master?
Because if state restoration relies only on internal tracking, any mismatch could compound across accounts. This is usually where infrastructure quality really shows.

If I want to bring my own group to use your system, what kind of guarantees can I honestly give them?
In case of hacked API or stolen account, what is your responsibility side and what is on the user?
These situations always happen sooner or later, so clear answer matters.

I’ve seen many systems work fine until something breaks. My main concern is responsibility. If a trader makes a mistake or sends wrong order, can anything be rolled back or limited?
Also how do you separate trader error from platform error when something goes wrong?
This is important when real money and reputations are involved.

I was trying out the app and trying to see how everything works, especially connecting accounts to the actual exchanges using API, while I believe the idea is simple, I do believe the first connection is going to be a little complicated for the first time, especially to the first time trader.
Things such as generating the API, setting permissions and whitelisting IPs is a little more advanced and not really beginner friendly, is the finestel team planning on making the setup process easier? Or perhaps providing additional step by step processes throughout the application itself?
And I am also curious regarding how you manage risk while using multiple accounts, will there be any built in limitations or control measures that will prevent one from taking on too much risk when they have multiple accounts open at the same time?
I actually noticed in this thread that a lot user need some clarification and they have not been answered yet. It will be better if the finestel team try and look into people's questions, so that people can know what to do.

I have noticed the new Kraken partnership, which is an expected move to expand your services, especially for European users, given that Kraken has a strong regional support there. From my side, it’s good seeing the team consistently improving the platform not just with announcements but with real upgrades… Features like the multi exchange terminal and giving pro traders an easier way to start their label quickly. I can say it’s very rare with the crypto market. Also, the current 25% annual discount is a nice bonus, but it would be great to see a dedicated Bitcointalk promo code too.

Compared to running several exchange dashboards or basic copiers, what part of the tool actually reduces daily friction the most?
I’m asking from workflow point of view, not features list.

Just to make sure I’m understanding this correctly,
Can a trading team or individual trader use Finestel to manage multiple third party accounts without holding an asset management license, assuming they not custodian funds and everything runs via API
And does Finestel provide any guidance or boundaries on how clients should structure this legally in different regions or is that fully left to the user?
BTW I'm still waiting for reply to my first question OP
Sure! A trading team or individual trader can use Finestel to manage multiple third-party accounts without holding an asset management license. We don't requirre users to have licenses. The only thing they should have to be able to use our software, is "accounts on our supported venues (supported exchanges like Binance, Bybit, OKX...) We can provide some information we know, based on other users' concerns and experiences. We can also connect you with our legal partners. But in the end, that's on the user side if anything is needed; as it depends on lots of factors like jurisdiction, which services and how you use our software systems. It is really good how you clearly explained things here. I think it makes alot of sense that the responsibility ultimately lies with the user's jurisdiction since the regulations can vary a lot between countries. Even if the platform does not require a license, how the user engages with the platform could determine whether a local license is required. I appreciate that you are willing to connect your users with legal partners when needed, which shows that you understand the magnitude of regulatory compliance as a part of business scaling, but one thing I would like to know is, do most teams using Finestel operate more as signal providers, copy trading management, or a full discretionary account management role? I would guess that the organizational structure would influence how the different regions' regulations would apply. We have different types of users, from professional solo traders managing a handful of accounts and large-scale asset managers with thousands of clients using our white label solution. The bigger one usually use our copy trading software as the execution software for their clients, but for their own administrative trading accounts (master accounts) they use either our signal bot, tradingview bot or our unified terminal.

What does IP whitelisting even mean for someone who just trades from their home Wi-Fi? I read somewhere on the forum that if your internet provider changes your IP dynamically, the API stops working or gets locked. Is that true, or are we supposed to be putting Finestel's server IPs in that box? Also, I'm absolutely terrified of checking the wrong permission box by mistake and accidentally giving a bot or a master trader the ability to withdraw my funds. Has anyone found a "for dummies" step-by-step video guide for this setup? I really don't want to make an expensive mistake on my first try

I Keep seeing ads for a couple of other white label providers lately, one was even promising some zero fee structures if that's true, even that It looks good on paper, but it usually makes me wonder where the catch is… I don't believe in free services so probably they have hidden slippage or a laggy backend to attract us for paid full service. Personally tried a few pretty platforms before that just couldn't handle what is more important when the market actually moves differently. Iam curious if anyone here has compared the execution latency here vs those all in one social trading apps? To be honest any real trader will be looking for something that actually holds up during a spike, not just a nice looking dashboard.

Interesting project and a well structured Ann. Welcome to the forum Trading bots attracts attention but they also raise a lot of questions. My question is concerning real performance. Are your results based on back testing or just live trading. If live trading, is there any journaling that we can use to verify the track record. And how does you trading bot handles a high volatility condition.. does it perform as well as in a stable market?

Well I would like say the project is more than a well structured ANN i most say…well I would say real performance this is really where the most bot projects fall apart…. Well I would like to say testing on an old data is more like practicing a real game on a easy mode..Real trading is more like the hard mode which means throwing new stuffs at you now you can view real trading like such…

I want to know how secure or accurate the trading bot on this platform can be especially when the market is down.
During when the market is down, there is tendency that things get very risky and at the same time, so many people get to sell too early and losing the opportunity to make money because of the current market situation. Is there a probability that the trading bot can fluctuate during this period in profitability aspect or everything remains stable as it is set to be despite the market condition to avoid a major loss?

One thing that worries me with multi account setups is latency impact. How much does the delay between the master signal and the execution on copier accounts actually affect performance? Especially during high volatility when seconds matter Does the system have any smart ways to minimize or compensate for latency differences between accounts? And what’s the average added latency you see in real conditions? Would love to know this before testing

I have been going through the platform, one thing that I actually have been considering is the fact that how different traders is actually using the platform in entirely different ways, and based on their own trading style. Some traders even prefer the option for simplicity and manual, while some prefer to be more automated in handling things easily.
I would also like to know the strategies and how most users here have their accounts organized here. And I would like to know whether people separate out multiple trading styles in multiple trading accounts, or they just prefer to have everything in one account?
Something else that also came into mind is customization. Each trader's interests are different and it would be interesting to see if there are plans to provide more personalised layout, or work space settings for traders in future. I think there could be a possibility of having such an option so that different users can have different setups, and not having to rely on a single setup for all users.

Non custodial copy trading across exchanges is interesting, most solutions either hold funds or they're social trading. No good trade copier exists except Finestel, curious how this handles partial fills on futures across Binance vs Bybit?

I was reading about the new TradingView Bot update and the thing that caught my attention was the built in risk controls. Making sure every trade has proper TP and SL protection is usually where mistakes happen.
Being able to set defaults at the bot level seems practical, especially for people running their own strategies and not constantly watching the screen.

Most copy trading tools either hold your money or are basically social platforms. Finding something that does proper non custodial execution across different exchanges is rare. From what I’ve seen, Finestel allows you to send one signal and have it hit multiple exchange accounts simultaneously without custody. That’s the part that stands out. I’m wondering how consistent the execution is when the same signal goes to both Binance and Bybit. Anyone who’s tested this?

Yeah it really seems practical and one of the wisest thing a platforms like this should have. Because this built in risk controls helps protects funds too, at the same time preventing loss which means the platform is very safe and secured for traders since it helps manage risk. Again, this shows that this platform know the importance of risk management, which is also one of the key features that shows how reliable, secured and trust worthy the trading bot is.
