Let there be genuine civilization, more than just a veneer of polished stone, we shall voluntarily unite as one people on our foundation of virtue and value, for civility, security, and vitality. Caroasi people secure the foundation of natural rights on the Rainbow Rock philosophy, upon which civilization may exist and exercise our liberties in full. We tolerate all expression, as the truth shines the brightest. We include love for all as unconditional care, uniting with intentional community. Peaceful pathways and the principle of non-aggression shall enable us to live and let live with freedom. Protections of our life and liberty shall enable our joy and prosperity.

In today's world, oppressive sanctions and censorship by corporate elites, including corrupted false government, oppress minority views! The ruling classes have special rights nobody else is allowed! They lie to spy in the name of national security. They cheat in the name of subsidies, welfare, and immunity. They steal in the name of taxation. They kill in the name of war, while these offensive acts of violence are done by personally uninvolved and unrisked lives of the elites!

Caroasi people begin by representing them self with equal right and equal authority. We delegate power to others only which we our self have first as an individual. Only then, do we represent someone else and each other in our duties of negotiation and diplomacy to build society in preparation for a better way.

We must participate much more and much better in society to ensure we can survive the coming technological changes.

For cooperation to be possible and peaceful we have to create the right boundaries or draw the right lines (which are basically rules) that no one should cross or violate. The boundaries will ensure that members don't cheat, steal, fight, kill or do anything that creates problems for other people or society. Problems = evil or things not in their right orders (things not done right) . There are orders that things are meant to be for society to function properly and be peaceful. When things are not in their right orders, society begins fail or don't work properly
When boundaries are crossed or rules broken that create the disorderliness, there will be punishments. It important to note that punishments should not be mistaken for crossing the boundaries, It can be partly considered as corrective measures used for people who cross the boundaries or commit evil. The corrective measures should be proportional to the gravity of the evil commited. And the punishments should come from people are qualified to punish, otherwise they may be wrongly done/executed and there will be injustice that will need to be adresssed by another punishment.

Thanks for the reply. Because not everyone has the same standards of what is unaccptably disorderly, we all have a duty to negoitate with each other on what these boundaries are, on an ongoing basis. One way to see societies weakness and decay in the modern age is to see it as a lack of participation in negotiating these points upon which every single person has both authority as equal rights, and duty as civility, to establish. Participation is essential! Merely voting once a year or so is grossly insufficient as participation.

Furthermore, there is a more basic set of boundaries as human rights, but also more nuanced boundaries that we agree to move with each other which are rather poorly reflected in today's societies as "entitlements" and "regulations". There are liberties that can be sacrified for safety with permission of one another. The problem is today's people think that merely living nearby them is sufficient to "volunteer them" into sacrifice of liberties, which is unacceptable. Human rights and freedoms can only be sacrificed by indiviudual consent as a personally contracted, where everyone has equal rights as authorty as individuals to begin with. People can only delegate authority which they have in the first place, otherwise the authority is invalid.
