I cannot recall the last time I even read the rules but for a forum of this size, there should be occasional updates to the rules and guidance to coincide with any events that could impact members.

As for the OP asking if the rules should be enforced go be akin to the wild west, I think no matter how many rules are put in place (not just the forum but in any situation) there will always be some people that will push the boundaries or break them. In that case, whether they receive any sanction or not is a different matter altogether.

Should some rules be updated, yea probably.

To address your first point; yes we have a lot of leeway on this forum.  It's probably the most freedom friendly forum on the internet, and most of us are here because of that.  Your efforts to push your agenda on us isn't winning you any popularity contests.

To address your second point, which I recon is the main reason you started this thread; you're not entitled to build up your trust rating.  Paying your dues isn't something you need to brag about.  I've held thousands of dollars (5 figures in some cases) for people acting as escrow, and paid up every time.  Most of those didn't result in positive reviews for me, and I didn't think twice about it.  A man owning his words needs no reward.  You acting entitled to positive reviews for buying $50 trinket is one of the reasons you are a shady fuck, and I don't trust your intensions are altruistic.

I think the rules are fine, but you and kaz are not currently.  Based on kaz's latest eye opener response, he may have some ability to overcome his short sightings but you howard, I don't see any improvement recently.

Looking into this situation and both your and kaz's post history, I can definitively say I support DireWolf in his assessment.  I'm not sure what trolling you and kaz are trying to pull here or in the other meta/reputation threads (I've seen that you both respond/are in collaboration or a "clique"), but it does not work in an open discussion public forum such as this.

It's absolutely ridiculous that you seemingly after 130+ posts deleted by moderators out of your 196 posts today, still cannot consistently quote a post properly or understand that you are replying in someone else's quote.  It needs to be in the proper format showing the user you are responding to had something else to say or else your reply is not understood by "AI" or humans alike.

This site (https://bpip.org/Profile?p=howardsentell) shows you are ranking at 583 for ALL TIME number of posts deleted by moderators, out of EVERY SINGLE USER EVER REGISTERED.  Please do better since I feel like you're mocking this forum and what it stands for.  

I can't even believe I have to reply to this but I feel like it's needed to add another voice in saying you need to do better, follow the rules, listen to other members, and then maybe just maybe, you will have a stronger voice here.  There is a reason why a lot of the threads I read from you and kaz seemingly end with non-engaging rants or garbage responses; they DON'T SEEM GENUINE OR REAL and no one wants to interact with that. We are humans and in my experience I know I, and others, can type our own response on our own device in our own time.  We don't need AI to reword it for us to be intellectually valuable.  

It's more genuine even if you have spelling errors or grammatical mistakes.  Having AI generate a response is not genuine as it works in a copy/paste kind of format, not a true AI/GEN AI format which is what people expect where it's creating unique responses to a prompt/situation.

Off-topic - Providing a generic response with no substance to the topic, reply could be used on almost any reply on any thread.
Trolling - Yes I can see from your post history you are trolling DireWolf from his thanksgiving thread for which you bumped just to troll.  Not sure what you're jabbing him for with that, but it has no relevance to the discussion at hand and it's very sad you can't respond to any criticism properly.

In summary, from what I've read as an outsider, it looks like you/kaz believe "the Rules" should bend in your favors.  IMO the rules are actually in a good place and seem to work well.  The fact is, it doesn't allow shitposters, scammers, spammers, or habitual trolls; please avoid being any of those groups and we can all get along.

I appreciated your Thanksgiving post, which I merited. However, your comments on this posts seem to come from a different person. My participation in this forum is motivated by respect and principle, not popularity. We can agree to disagree. I believe that when you do something nice, it deserves positive trust. Howard is right. Aside from the fact he doesn’t navigate this forum like a more experienced user. We as well as others have grievances. We are not complicit or silent and we do not condone, make excuses or support DT1 members who conduct themselves vulgarly or vilely against others. That’s the primary principle we are exposing. It truly is a lack in one’s character and it negatively impacts the members of this forum. DT1 should be held to a higher standard an be accountable. If they act in this manner it’s disgraceful. I recently have come to an understanding. I see the rules that are in place as ideological, although they do have shortcomings. They aren’t really put into action at times. I sell “private” keys, yes. Selling wallets is entirely part of my business model as well as many others. 🤦‍♂️

Remind you, I’ve created thousands of keys, I sell them legitimately and I’ve done this for the past 2 years with zero actual issues. All keys are properly generated, processed, disposed of, and secured by tamper evident holograms. It’s nothing new and I’ll keep selling them. There is absolutely no difference in security performance between having 1 key versus 1000 keys under a tamper-evident hologram. Time has and will continue to prove they are legitimate.

My reputation is on the line in regards to this. I am not some anonymous person. My identity is verifiable and I have been exceptionally transparent. That’s entirely the reason I am ranked the 242nd most trusted user on the forum out of 750,000+ profiles. Never have I scammed or “attempted” to scam members. It would be quite foolish to commit fraud in my position given my level of transparency.

Please STOP condoning lies and disgraceful behaviors by other DT1 members.
