What happened::

I tried to buy signet coins for the e2e tests of a project. I paid 1000 sats on lightning in exchange for 50 sBTC. The UI detected the payment, but errored out and says to contact support, with no way to contact support.

I saw your post in one of lnliz's repos and in case he/she doesn't reply after a few days, then perhaps you can ask for some information from the original/previous owner: Kenneth Reitz <sup>[he seems to be active on X]
- BTW, on the latter part of "this post", it mentions using #bitcoin-signet IRC channel to ask for large amounts (it might come in handy).</sup>
