Betcoin Casino voided $270 balance after withdrawal request

Hello everyone,

I want to share my experience with Betcoin Casino (betcoin.ag) to warn other players.

- Account balance before withdrawal: ~$270  
- Types of bets: sports betting and slot games  
- Location during gameplay: Poland (Polish IP, no VPN/proxy)  
- Citizenship: Ukrainian  

When I requested a withdrawal, Betcoin suddenly claimed a “violation regarding location” and retroactively voided all my bets at a 1:1 rate, reducing my balance to only my original $50 deposit.

Deposits and wagers were fully accepted without issue, and this location concern was raised only at the withdrawal stage. Poland is not listed as a restricted jurisdiction in their Terms and Conditions.

This selective enforcement of Terms, cancelling earned balance after gameplay is completed, is misleading and unfair. I am sharing this here to ask for advice and to see if other users have experienced similar issues.

Update:

I want to clarify that during all gameplay I was physically located in Poland. 
My IP address is a legitimate Polish IP, and I did not use any proxy, VPN, or other location-masking tools. 

I am prepared to provide evidence if needed to show that my IP is not a proxy. 
The claim that I used a proxy is therefore incorrect and misrepresents the situation.

Is that your first withdrawal from Betcoin casino? Probably they flagged it due to not matching your citizenship location and gambling IP location. This is just my thoughts, but you need to talk with their support through chat or email. When you gamble from a different IP rather than your home IP address, then you should give prior notice to the platform. So they will be aware that you are gambling from a different IP address from your original jurisdiction.

Can you edit your post with the correct format from the pinned post? And add some screenshots like the deposit, the current dashboard if it's accessible and the chat log with the casino? So we could realise the real story behind the void of the withdrawal.

Wow, what an incredible misrepresentation of events. The OP came to our site using a Polish proxy. We are clearly able to see that its a proxy and had additional information that he is not only from a banned region but in a banned region, and a known sportsbook abuser.

We tried and do the polite thing and verify his location. For his address document, he sent a Certificate of Residence Registration from a banned region. We kindly returned offered to return deposit and moved on.

Somehow he conveniently happened to know about this forum and came here within 10 minutes to manipulate you and extort us.

OP, you should have taken your deposit back when you had the chance. We have confirmed that $427 were spent in labor and resources in this investigation. After subtracting your $50 deposit you owe us a total of $377. Please remit this to your deposit address immediately or we will pursue any necessary action, within the bounds of the law, to retrieve it.

Stop creating accounts and stay far, far away.

1. I was physically located in Poland during all gameplay. I did not use a proxy or VPN. The IP used was a legitimate Polish IP address.
2. I hold Ukrainian citizenship and have a Ukrainian passport. My gameplay location, however, was in Poland, which is not listed as a restricted jurisdiction in your Terms and Conditions.
3. My account balance before the withdrawal request was approximately $270, accumulated through sports bets and slot games.
4. When I requested a withdrawal, you claimed a “violation regarding location” and retroactively voided my wagers at a 1:1 rate, reducing my balance to only my original $50 deposit.
5. I was then asked to complete account verification (KYC). I provided all requested documents, including proof of residence, and successfully passed the verification process.
6. After verification, my account was blocked solely due to my Ukrainian passport, even though I was physically in Poland and all gameplay occurred from there.
7. All deposits and wagers were accepted without any restrictions until the withdrawal request. The location issue was raised only at the final stage, which raises questions about selective enforcement of your Terms.

I have documentation and screenshots of deposits, wagers, dashboard, and chat logs with support, which I am ready to share publicly to clarify the situation for the community.

My goal is not to manipulate or extort, but to provide an accurate account of events for other players. The withdrawal request was legitimate, and all actions were conducted according to the rules I understood at the time.

This is actually one thing I have also noticed from those that usually lodged in complaint over here that they are usually lacking of patients and are not also truthful. If I where op knowing too well my jurisdiction is entirely banned and a casino offer to refund me back the amount I deposited in the gambling site. What more would I be waiting not to accept my initial deposits if truly well that my location and region is entirely ban from gambling or accessing the gambling site I wouldn't had made this too difficult like this and it would had ended amicably without even coming to raise dust over here calling them scam or whatever.
