T.I. program: U.S Government tortures and experiments on it's citizens

The Targeted Individual program is being used to torture and experiment on American citizens.
I would describe the majority of the targeting as being under three categories:  gangstalking, financial targeting, and remote targeting. 
The government is widely employing a tactic of denying this is happening.
As a victim of the U.S Government Targeted Individual program I hope to raise awareness, try to help other TI's, and end the program.
I plan to add more information and updates from time to time.
