You are claiming that Lizex exchange is not asking for any KYC, but on their website they are clearly showing something totally different.
This is misleading from you, and I couldn't find any information or claims about no-kyc policy of lizex exchange on other well known aggregator services.
If someone loses coins because of this policy they can blame you for false information.
