Antikyc.io - No KYC Crypto Services

That's exactly what it represents, the probability of KYC. Users will never have to try to get their funds back and submit kyc requirements when they exchange with a KYC level 0 platform. They won't be asked about it, ever. The worst case scenario with kyc level 0 would be to get their funds refunded with no questions asked and not proceed with the swap, instead of getting asked about source of funds etc. You can see which exchanges refund tainted funds with the tag system we introduced. When we mentioned "In case something goes wrong" that's just an exceptional case that won't happen. However, we should be always prepared for everything.
Too much drama for a simple exchange.

I will not use or recommend exchanges that selectively ask for KYC. An exchange that will declare coins untainted only because a certain partner requested it. Obviously, AML control and freezing funds work on their own and hide behind legal regulations.

We also recommend using exchanges that actually perform the swap even when it's high AML, instead of exchanges that just refund the funds. Privacy and safety comes first of course.

Don't use this it's a bunch of lies. More than half of those with KYC lvl 0 will actually ask you for KYC at a larger amount, just like it happens, they simply want to get your money.

How can you write that something has KYC level 0 when their TOS clearly states that they can require KYC on demand, meaning whenever they want? Incredible.

Why people do fraud?

Hello cLoazyL and thank you for expressing your concerns. As we have explained before on this thread, every exchange that is KYC level 0 will never ask you about KYC, ever (considering you are an antikyc user of course). Additionally, most of the KYC level 0 exchanges will even successfully process the exchange, while others will just refund the funds with no questions asked. The latter are clearly identified in the leaderboard with tags such as “Refunds high AML funds” for greater transparency.

You guarantee a certain amount for each listed exchange. Do you keep reserved funds somewhere for that (a confirmation would be possible)?
Do you have a direct agreement with each exchange, or do you only offer it based on what you read in their ToS? It is a bit unusual that you have gained so much trust, and a relatively new and unknown service.

Thank you for your comment, yes we keep reserved funds but we do not really provide any proof as of now.

As stated before in this thread, we have direct agreements with some exchanges, not all of them.

Hello Antikyc_, can you share some details about what kind of evaluation you use to rank the projects on the list? You have also awarded positions, so I was wondering about that because of some discussion on another forum as well. For example, on the exchange list, you have awarded first place to Pegasus Swap. If it is not private, then can you share your evaluation process?

I have another question regarding VPNs. Are you planning to add more VPNs?

My first impression of AntiKYC was amazing, and your tags that tell us whether, as AntiKYC users, we may receive high-AML funds in some cases on some projects are really helpful.

Thank you for your interest in Antikyc.

We would like to clarify that we don't have any tags currently that disclose whether you will receive high-AML funds or not. Maybe you are confused with the tag "Refunds high-AML funds".

We are planning to add more VPNs in the near future.

You can find the evaluation criteria on our website's FAQ section on the bottom of the homepage. We have Pegasus Swap on this first place because they are KYC Level 0, have a generous safety deposit and the overall quality of their service is very good. Their fees are also quite competitive.

If you have any other questions or concerns let us know.

Yes, I was referring to refunds. I wrote "funds" by mistake instead of "refunds." Anyway, that's a great feature you have there as I was reading the previous messages, where you were clarifying it, and I think it is a unique feature. I think I am seeing it for the first time on a directory.

That's good to know that you are planning on adding more VPNs.

Thanks for the answer, now I know about ranking. I actually tried looking before on the site but maybe I missed it somehow, anyway thanks for your time.

We are planning to add more VPNs in the near future.
Mullvad VPN should be listed as one of the best VPN's available today.
You should consider adding NYM VPN service while they still have 87% discount when paying with NYM tokens.
They have advantage of being decentralized and this service can be used without email or any other personal information.

🚨 Official Statement 🚨

We hate giving attention to absolute losers, but this must be addressed.

A fake and defamatory article was published about Antikyc, claiming users were complaining and getting scammed on dates when Antikyc did not even exist.

The article provides no proof, no verified evidence, and no factual basis. Its claims are false and appear intended to damage Antikyc’s reputation.

We consider this pure defamation and will not tolerate illegal false accusations against our brand.

Antikyc remains committed to transparency, reliability, and strong user support. Please rely only on official Antikyc channels for accurate updates.

Link to the article (make sure to report it): medium(.)com/coinmonks/antikyc-io-the-privacy-platform-that-traps-you-with-fake-guarantees-eb3429ddf050

Many thanks to an anonymous antikyc user for reporting this to us

Edit: The article got taken down, thanks to everyone who reported it.

You should write a statement about this case, where, as Tomboi escrow, you do not want to compensate the user for the amount you hold as a guarantee.
Given that it is not a problem with KYC that you refer to as the purpose of ecrowed funds, it is a scam. The fact that the user is not your referral should not be an obstacle to compensating him for part of the loss.

ByWare.net
NoKYC-NoAML.COM
These websites are owned by Tomboi
I started trading through Tomboi and noticed that they use the same address as ByWare.net. I asked them about it, but they claimed it wasn’t their address and that the exchange route was changing. It’s now clear that this is the same team—they stopped using it only after I asked, immediately withdrew funds from the wallet, and stopped using it altogether
They fraudulently took 10,000 USDC from me; they had a $1,000 deposit on Antikyc.io, but their team decided to keep the money for themselves and give me $100. I told them to go to hell. I do not recommend contacting them or exchanging through their referral link. There is also a chat log where they said I wasn’t their referral and that they wouldn’t send me anything—just the $100 they were able to.

How should it be viewed if you insist on referral profit from scams?

I wasn't entirely sure on which specific website the user “byware.netSCAM” lost $10,000, so I contacted him via private message, and he told me that the loss occurred on the “byware” exchange. It turns out that ‘Antikyc_’ also failed to refund the user's deposit specifically due to the “byware” scam. I’m also curious-does this mean “Antikyc_” is pocketing the deposits for itself? Since it’s not paying them out to the victims?

I’d also like to clarify the situation with “Tomboi”-he also had a $500 deposit on your platform. So far, there are two victims, one for $100,000 and one for $7,000.

Antikyc_: Will you make payments to the victims from the deposit? Or, as in the case of “byware,” will you refuse to do so?

If the scammed users are not their referrals, there is most likely no refund.
For example, if you are a referral of antikyc you will get a refund on tainted funds 99.99% of the times (on exchanges that freeze them - this does not apply to all of them).

I am not really sure if these chaps care when it comes to scam.
Several days later and the Tomboi exchange is listed on their platform with not even a single warning at least alerting the user about an ongoing exit scam. Worse still there is also a Tomboi ad floating around their website.

Yes KYC isn't cool, but scam is way more evil and users should be alerted as soon as possible and the service possibly deleted from the recommendations. The only good thing as of now is that the website is offline but what if the scammers turn it back on tomorrow?
