7+ years in crypto. Some solid wins, but honestly? Most of the losses I've had came down to the same stuff. No real risk management, trading on emotion, no real strategy.
I wrote my own trading bots in NodeJS to fight this. They worked great in my head, then printed losses in the real market. Every time I wanted to change or improve something, I had to code again, and actually never made a profitable bot, because of the time investment needed (or lack of "perfect" strategy).
For the last half a year, I've been working on a crypto backtesting platform, mainly creating it for myself. To quickly test ideas, and have an algorithmic approach which was profitable in the past in similar conditions, and does not require my input or analysis on execution.
