It's not caused by the withdrawal is big. It's caused by paying the blockchain ain't free. So they charge their users to cover the fees. Since casino activity is crowded, people are depositing and withdrawing anytime. It can also be more than a few times in a day. It's impossible for them to cover the fees.

There is also a service fees to being charged when you're withdrawing your money since you're using their facility to withdraw your money.

However, when you use L2 to withdraw your money, they only charge a few cents, which is not even worthy to be debated.

I'm ok with withdrawal fees as long as the casino is reputable. One of the casinos I trust only has a 10-cent withdrawal fee on some coins, so it's ignorable. I don't think it's a big factor for gamblers when choosing a casino to play at, as reputation plays a much heavier role than the withdrawal fees

Yes but only few casino pays close attention to that customer benefits via wd forfeiture, alot other just believed that gamblers don't mind that fees, because truely any gambler that is worried about wd fee shouldn’t be engaging in gambling in the first place.

Every casino decide how they will run their business to achieve their targets. They may decide to add some fees beyond the network fee, and that is up to them to decide. These are some of the information you need to find out before choosing to play in any casino to avoid any form of complaint when you have already made deposits. I guess you want to say "fee money" And not "free money", well I don't think many gamblers are reluctant to paying because there are large percent of gamblers that doesn't care about the few bucks fee, they prefer a casino of reputation and not the fee as long as the fee is not more than $5, so many players do not really care.
