Things I do so my brain does not rot:

Read something new.
Learn a skill I never tried before.
Teach and explain concepts.
Ask questions.
Try, fail, and try again.
Your brain needs exercise too, not just your body.

If you want your brain not to rot, you should learn about reversible computation. Most people have rotten brains. Humans are fucked up.

^^^ Reversible computation in the brain is like adding preservatives to it. Nothing natural there, so it can't rot. That's the reason why Trump eats junk food. RFK, Jr., even says so. RFK Jr. baffled over how Trump is alive with diet 'full of poison,'

The good news is that you probably get a little bit of nutrition from your word salads. Or maybe not.

yea i can agree with this keeping your brain fit and healthy is just as important as doing this for you body. keeping the brain active learning new habits keeps the brain sharp and has massive benefit long term. things like puzzles and memory games keeps the brain active and engaged which give so many benefits long term.

Fasho gotta keep the mind active same way we train the body. Learning, failing, asking questions… that’s real growth for real. Keep leveling up.
