I've been telling that to people in every single panic sell event like this one. If you sell at a loss you're dumb.

When bitcoin is down more than 50% - start buying.

December 2024 I sold some at $100k and 6 months later it went above 120k.

The right time to buy bitcoin is when its price is down i.e. the current price of 66k. But in real life there is huge negativity spread in the market during the bearish season. Those who are confident that Bitcoin will go up in the long, don't pay much attention to that negativity and they buy. Such people always get good profit in the long run. No, I don't have any plans to sell my Bitcoin. Though I have been holding a small amount of Bitcoin, rather than selling it, I have been thinking of accumulating more Bitcoin to increase my portfolio. For new investors it's a buying opportunity; for old investors like me, it's time to accumulate more Bitcoin. Unless we have faith in Bitcoin, then we aren't true Bitcoin investors.

I have seen a lot of pump and dump; on the other hand, I am witness to Bitcoin breaking its own history. Look at the chart; we can realise Bitcoin always reaches a higher zone after the dump. Doesn't matter it's taken time, but Bitcoin did it. So before another ATH, this would be a buying opportunity for us. We just need to think positively.

Yes Bitcoin is in the area it could or should bounce yet its a red dagger at present with the conviction to carry the course negatively.   Looking at the wider picture there is the 200 week average nearby.  I always presume the 200DMA has a gravity to it, so much so we should also expect a regular visit of some kind.   I realize due to progressive falls we're actually looking at the 200 week.  200 week is far less frequent an orbit, it is rising as a positive sign if you can imagine that.

  When we're high we should look towards a future revisit or check back to the 200 day average and when we're low we should not be so gloomy to think we can not return to such a longer term level.
  Even if I think higher prices may occur it seems such visits to well known venues is on the itinerary and its not going away before checking off of the list of places to see unfortunately.
