I did basic kyc it shows completed then i moved to do advance kyc it gets failed and then after sime time my account got locked please help me
Nobody is going to help you here. BC.game suggests that you submit a support ticket to them, and they will look for a way of solving you internally. Posting here without any submitted ticket is a waste of time.
You can only complain from here if your support ticket has taken a good number of days or weeks without any response.
Our customer service team prefers that you submit a support ticket first. Even if I escalate the issue for you, they will still follow up through the ticketing system, which is unavoidable. Please understand this.
