You can only complain from here if your support ticket has taken a good number of days or weeks without any response.

How to submit a ticket my account is locked

PM bctokenbot to bring this situation to their awareness, they probably have a suggested outcome for this matter. IIRC, on previous case, they help created a ticket for the player disputing them, so the situation can be handled by their team.
