I’m opening this topic to see if other users are experiencing the same issue with Payeer. My funds are currently on hold due to an AML/KYC review, and I’ve been waiting for feedback since last Sunday, 1 February (I’ve already submitted all the requested documents)
If you’ve had a similar situation:
+ Did you receive your money back?
+ How long did the AML/KYC process take?
+ Are you still waiting for a response?
I’d appreciate hearing about your experience, as it may help others who are dealing with the same issue. I feel stressed because of this situation, and it raises concerns about which platforms users can still trust.

Might be worth asking in the service discussions board too. I've tried searching similar topics, but sadly, I can't find anything recent that might be related to your case. Hopefully, this'll get resolved soon, although you should be prepared for the worst. As for trusting which platforms, I think it's safer to assume you'll lose money regardless of which platform you choose, so you should only use the money you can afford to lose.
