Welcome to bitcointalk!! Nothing wrong with trying to start a new service, but I will tell you that most users are pretty paranoid and use trusted in house escrows vs trying a new site with 0 rep here. Never know I suppose, good luck.

Escrowing money for others and being in control of user funds requires a lot of trust. That trust is built over time and after proving that you can handle such a responsibility, without creating complaints from customers. Promising that everything is documented and will be released by you and your team doesn't mean much because it's still all based on trust. People will have to trust you and be willing to give you a chance over already proven escrow members. I am not sure that will happen, but I agree with yahoo62278. You can always try.

Also, I think you need to be transparent about the exchange providers you work with, which may have AML scores on multiple aggregators, as in this case, you are disclaiming responsibility for any suspensions by third parties.

another day another 'secure' crypto escrow service promising the moon
@EggTrust_io you really think anyone on here with half a brain is gonna trust some random new site with their funds
we've seen this play countless times
the only thing verified here is your lack of reputation
people on bitcointalk use escrows that have been around longer than bitcoin itself not some startup with a fancy website
good luck getting anyone to give you a satoshi let alone their entire stack for a 'ticket based workflow' whatever that even means
this just smells like another potential exit scam waiting to happen
