In a few weeks, Bitcoin will be heading back to $50k. We've officially entered the "Crypto Winter". You can already see it with prices declining every day. Someone told me that with the way these prices are declining that bitcoin will later fall down to 10k dollars per BTC and I argued that with him saying this, it was never going to be possible as I do not expect bitcoin to depreciate that low again. That will be almost 90% off of the last ATH and if that’s the case such volatility and price difference is just too wide for my liking. If we keep bargaining price with the market, we will fail to buy bitcoin at cheapest price as we will never feel satisfied and be sure that a price is a bottom price. Even it is a bottom price, we will keep waiting for possible lower prices and waste that bottom price. Hesitation to enter the market is a classic fault of people who want to find bottom price, time the market and they usually make similar mistake by feeling FOMO when price already moved far away from bottom price area.

With Bitcoin prices from $60,000 to $70,000, I believe that it is no longer to far from bottom area but if we enter from $40,000 to $70,000, and in a next market cycle bull run, Bitcoin just need to move up to $130,000, not yet higher than that, we will have very good ROIs.

No. Not anymore. The best time to get rich quick was in the early years, but back then you had to be crazy or a visionary to acquire bitcoin in one way or another and hold on to it for enough years. Anyway, I think the OP's view is correct. In the future, the price of Bitcoin will be much higher than it is now, and although we can't be too confident about how quickly it will rise, it is definitely on a discount so to speak.

Well it certainly is at a discount, you can say that again. We are down from 126k top in October to under 70k. That’s a quite significant drop but it’s usual in a bear market. We could actually still drop another 30% or more from here.

Now is definitely a good time to buy but I think there will be an even better entry later this year. If you have enough patience though it’s always a good time to buy Bitcoin. I think we will see 200k or even higher before 2030.

Bitcoin is now acting more like risky tech stock than digital gold but only this time people are thinking and those who sell everything they own to go all in are in fact making more risky bets, other than spreading out their money.

Spreading out your money is final safety step which, in my view, will make sure you can ride through storm, through holding balanced mix of 5% Bitcoin and 80% normal investments, you will be steady enough to buy low in bad markets without life changing stress of complete money collapse.

Well, honestly, I can agree with you that Bitcoin trading below $70k is a discount but saying that in a few weeks, the price will be pushing towards $200k to $1m is pure exaggeration, and I definitely will not advice anyone selling off their important properties to invest in bitcoin except if the property isn't something they still consider as important and or solves one or two problems.

I understand very well that someone who remains in their comfort zone will hardly make it in life but most times, before we step out of our comfort zone, it's very important we carry out due diligence and ensure that what we are stepping into isn't wrong, investing in bitcoin can never be wrong but the method by which we are trying to raise money to invest might sometimes be wrong, so one should be very careful selling off properties to invest in bitcoin because for some, this might be a very good decision but for some, it might not be so good.

That's very true. In 2026, after 17 years since 2009 and several market cycles as well as many challenge, tests in the market and from different governments and regulatory challenge, Bitcoin has become very strong that makes it is not only more attractive with many people as an investment asset but also has less risk of death. People understand that they will buy a strong bitcoin with chance of getting profit in future years, and will no longer be too fearful with failure and loss like in earliest years of Bitcoin market.

It's like two sides of a coin, with less risk, potential ROI becomes smaller but with investors, initial capital is most important, even more important than opportunity of gaining profit.

You posted this on the 6th and now it's the 14th, it's been more than a week but your prediction has no sign at all, especially since you targeted $200k. It's almost impossible for bitcoin to get to that point in just a few weeks. But I agree with your discounted price, it is indeed the right time to accumulate as much as you can afford to buy bitcoin, in the sense of “afford” is to keep buying with money you can afford, because I absolutely do not agree to sell anything for the sake of bitcoin accumulation.

That's a very realistic piece of advice akbar. Selling the house in which we live and then living on rent, is not an option. Even if CZ sold his apartment back in the early days, to buy bitcoin. He still had a good job, he then lived with his mom, he had resources. And if someone like OP or anyone willing to sell their house, cars etc. then they must think twice because after selling, life could become more troublesome, the expenses can increase too.

If expenses increase, then the savings will reduce, on the basis of which they have decided to sell their house now andare  thinking about the future. The factors will change on which they decided for their better future.

We should make rational decisions, selling the house is not good. Renting some part of the house to someone else is a good solution. This way, some amount will be coming that can be used for investment. Working hard to earn more money and doing overtime etc. are more feasible but I am not stopping anyone.

If with this high confidence one goes on to sell off everything, because of a high expectation that the price will shot sky high in a few weeks might be too risky a decision to make. At this situation, continuous buying using DCA method would keep one at a safe side, incase the decline continues. Whatever is bought now on Bitcoin will definitely bring forth profits when the bullish season comes, but doing it rationally might have a downside if things don't go as expected.
