Proofs that I've submitted so far:
1) Payment receipt from the payments App (PhonePe) (rejected)
2) Bank Statement (accepted)
3) Video of me opening the payment app on my phone and showing the transaction (accepted)
They have rejected the payments app's receipt claiming insufficient information.

I will share the receipt here for everyone to judge and tell me if it is insufficient. Indian forum members will have a better understanding of it and could please share your feedback, that would be appreciated.
PhonePe receipt.

They are rejecting my payment receipt because the merchant's UPI ID here is shown as ""idb********4197@idbi" instead of the full UPI ID. Which is a security feature of the app, the merchant has used. One can confirm the payment through UTR no. as well as the name of the merchant "Mahata Enterprise" mentioned above + cross verifying the first and last letters of the UPI ID.
A simple google search can explain why the asterisk shows up in merchant's name.

Now, They have closed my deposit request when I told them that I cannot provide the full Merchant UPI ID and requested them to google the same to understand. I have spoken to Phonepe's customer care as well as my bank and they are unable to provide me with more info of the merchant than what is already provided.

Can any representative please help with my issue?
