Amount scammed : 50000 inr (554 USD)
Proofs that I've submitted so far:
1) Payment receipt from the payments App (PhonePe) (rejected)
2) Bank Statement (accepted)
3) Video of me opening the payment app on my phone and showing the transaction (accepted)

They have rejected the payments app's receipt claiming insufficient information.


I will share the receipt here for everyone to judge and tell me if it is insufficient. Indian forum members will have a better understanding of it and could please share your feedback, that would be appreciated.

They are rejecting my payment receipt because the merchant's UPI ID here is shown as ""idb********4197@idbi" instead of the full UPI ID. Which is a security feature of the app, the merchant has used. One can confirm the payment through UTR no. as well as the name of the merchant "Mahata Enterprise" mentioned above + cross verifying the first and last letters of the UPI ID.

A simple google search can explain why the asterisk shows up in merchant's name.



Now, They have closed my deposit request when I told them that I cannot provide the full Merchant UPI ID and requested them to google the same to understand. I have spoken to Phonepe's customer care as well as my bank and they are unable to provide me with more info of the merchant than what is already provided.


Can any representative please help with my issue?

It's quite surprising you have been dealing with fiat on BC Game even though you are an old member of the forum. Also, it seems you are pretty active on the forum, but you are unaware of ongoing fiat issues with BC Game. I can't understand why you don't often visit the scam accusation board, but you are probably active in the gambling section. At least you should be aware of fiat issues from the BC Game announcement thread. You are experienced users and are familiar with crypto, but I regret to see you choose a fiat deposit that's facing issues now.

However, it seems Bctokenbot is acting as the BC Game support team. You may try to call him on this thread to check the issues. I don't want to DM him regarding your issues. Because you are an old member but never aware of these issues. So you have to talk directly, and also they aren't cooperating with anyone else on the forum to solve these types of issues.

Had a couple of test deposits in the past without running into issues. I guess I tunnel visioned on that, I should've done my due diligence. I agree with you on that.

I did DM him a couple of days ago. Saw that he was online yesterday but I didn't get an replay yet. Patiently waiting for the same. Was hoping the support on website would solve the issue instead of me escalating it. They have closed my support ticket now, so here I am.

Far as I know, bctokenbot will require you [and any other players having issue with BC] to have an active ticket, so they can escalate it to support [well, SOP and all], so maybe it is a good idea to re-open a ticket so you'll have an active ticket when bctokenbot finally look into your general direction.

BC.Games support doesn't resolve anything, their responses are formulaic, making it clear they're just there for show. From my experience, Bctokenbot isn't very helpful either, it either emails you to contact support or ignores your messages, at least that's my experience. But I hope you can resolve your issue, as the amount is not small, and losing it while trying to deposit is unacceptable.

Try contacting your bank's support, they may have a refund function. Explain that the recipient didn't receive the payment and you need the money returned to your account. At least try to find out from the bank that it is possible.

Had a couple of test deposits in the past without running into issues. I guess I tunnel visioned on that, I should've done my due diligence. I agree with you on that. 


Believe me, the Indian merchants do selective scams, and they are out of control. We have been seeing this for years without any resolution. If you deposit or withdraw a few hundred or a thousand, there is a possibility you will get them. However, as the amount increases, you become a victim of those selective scams. I am surprised that you haven't seen all those scam accusations against the BC game, even though you are an old forum member.

Maybe he is new to this sort of job and will get better with time? I know alot of people have been having issues with BC is certain areas and I have been super critical of the way they run their business lately, but we gotta give the guy a chance to do his job and get better before we can say he is totally worthless. Their support being terrible might have been what got this dude elevated to his current position.

@OP I would send Bctokenbot a 2nd message and if no reply let us know. I have no issue with tagging a person or company if they aren't going to do their job or keep the community safe.
