Midnight yesterday a video posted from the official account of @realdonaldtrump, contains a video about the 2020 election, stating he was robbed of winning the election which he was not. The video also contain an image of Obama and Mitchell in form of apes living in the forest.

There is news spreading right now that the video has been taking down. An official statement was released saying'

"A white house staffer erroneously made the post. It has been taken don."

This morning, I was watching CNN news as Trump was interviewed regarding the video. He said he watched the video but never saw Obama or Mitchel in a racist form. I know he was lying because he kept stammering.

We've all known that Trump is a racist from his first term so no surprises. But to post this on his official handle is just a dirty act from a president, I expected better from him if at all. Such disrespect to his predecessor just portrays him as a pure tout.

I'm not surprised to see such thing coming from Trump. He is posting similar shit or AI generated stuff on regular basis. And not only on his own account but also on White House profile too. But I guess this time new bottom was reached. Probably in many cases such stuff is posted not by Trump but from his PR team who controls social media accounts, but it doesn't even matters who exactly who posted it when it comes from official Trump accounts.

Context is needed: the full video of the clip of the Obamas was taken from features many democrats as animals, and Trump as a lion.

Also, Trump authorized the posting of the video because of the content about voter fraud in GA in 2020, and did so without watching the entire clip.

Trump is aware of the posting, he only did not watch the full video before authorizing his team to post the content. My concern is why did he not watch the full video before authorizing the posting. Also, why did the team not watch the full video, to let Trump know there are clips of racism. In my own opinion Trump was aware but have prepared good reason to deny the accusation from the press. Obama was one good President with large fan base. He can contest for the next election to win over Trump.

The main worry here is that, when account that is official keeps on posting stuffs like this, the trust people have for them will be broken and people won't know what to believe anymore even when it's an important message it will be hard to believe and ignored because the trust people had has reduced. Because once those with authority begin to make things look unserious,it will affect how people sees leadership and information that come from them.

Honestly!!! this is very embarrassing. A leader of the free world should never act in a racist way, especially in a democracy that other nations look up to. it sends a very negative message and damages the values the country claims to stand for. How can a white house staffer erroneously make post from the social media handle of the president. I think this explanation is not enough as there should be broader explanation regarding this. Who gave the authorization of the staffer to post this kind of derogatory remark on the former president of the United States of America, that staff should be called out publicly, for him to tell us his reasons.

It is pretty honest to me that they are people within the team of President Trump who lack of political self-awareness and all the accusations on the political landscape of the United States about Trump's alleged racism.
I do not know ultimately if Trump was fully aware of what the content of that video was, if he was not, then it would imply he does not have complete power on whatever he shares on that knock off of Twitter.

It is a pity that something like this is coming from the president of America, who is supposed to be in the forefront of respecting human rights and being a voice for the oppressed but clearly we are not quite seeing any of these from his behavior. It is dehumanizing for a person of his caliber to descend so low as to attribute a human being to an animal and worse putting it in an image, it clearly shows that he truly doesn't have respect for human dignity. I'm not a fan of Obama, but disrespecting him and his wife is not acceptable by me, he doesn't have to like Obama, but dehumanizing him is very uncivilized for an American president.

Anyway 2028 is not too far and I'm sure that many Americans can hardly wait for him to finish his tenure so they can move on but it's funny that they voted him in power for the second time knowing his character. Maybe he was the preferable choice when compared with his contestants in the last election.
