E dey very terrible for country to get bad leaders, and when di country is controlled by the group of corrupt individuals, that country go keep to dey fall and fit never be developed again. For di country where some set leaders go steal money and after some years of chasing by Efcc, which after all they are going to be the ones wey get power and capable of contest for another position. Having bad people's as a leaders, honestly that tin dey poison the mind of younger generation because most especially for Nigeria.

If you fit observe common class rep  or SUG who still dey di process of learning always thinking of how to loot the money instead of how to progress the school. Bad leadership is killing the positive thinking of people to the extent that they are always thinking of how to struggle and find a way to get that opportunity to try it and escape too.

My brother that of Nigeria is worst than terrible, assuming we can find any word to qualify the actions of Nigeria's leadership system I think that would be good for us. How can someone call himself a leader but derive joy when the citizens are suffering and even dying because of insecurities yet he finds pleasure in all those things without any sign of regret in there actions, in Nigeria now killing is a normal something to our leaders. In Nigeria now, there is no where we can boost of as all sector have been eaten up by corruption making it difficult for development to be possible when we have all it takes to become the richest country in the world

I lack words to describe what Nigerians have been facing in the hands of bad leaders, could you imagine that Nigerian leaders derive Joy and excitement in gambling with lives of it's citizens and they use use to bargain for power and leadership positions, I couldn't help but weep on seeing a video that went viral where some group of terrorists were flogging little children and their mothers in the bush and hitting their heads with gun, it was a horrible scene.

Upon all this suffering and bad leadership, Nigerians will still be blindfolded to vote in same crop of corrupt individuals that has no plan to better the situation in Nigeria after they have been given peanuts on election day. I think we are our own problem and until the day we decide to stop collecting peanuts from politicians and voting in the right people that we believe in, is the day Nigeria will be better from the hands of bad leaders, all we yearn for is a leader with vision that will lead beyond his personal gains.

Honestly speaking its the right time we all especially those that are not pleased by what our leaders are doing in this country to say know to bad governers and do things the way its meant to be. To do so we will start from 2027 election by disorganizing there wicked plans through voting them out of power because we don't have what it take to do it violently as they are some steps ahead of us if we want to stop them through violent as killing is there culture and  we must certainly betray each other on the process.
This time around let us stop voting political parties and vote according to the aspirants contesting

Bad leadership is what is before us in this country today, bad leadership lack the ability to secure and protect life and property of the citizens. Today we're not longer save in Nigeria because of bad leadership that's is another effect of bad leadership.

The right to vote and be voted for: in Nigeria today we have no right to vote our choice of candidates bad leadership manipulate the system and make it difficult to vote , that's what is happening in Nigeria today, the National Assembly has passed the 2027 electoral reform and they didn't give room to automatic transmission of results from polling units, this would have help the people to vote and count their vote. But the bad leadership allows Manuel counting of results because they will us the police and military to write results for themselves. When you look at Nigeria and how backward we're, just know we're suffering from bad leadership.

Leadership they say is a very vital role to play when it has to do with a nations economic development and underdevelopment, when the leadership sector fails everything in the country fails as well that is why Nigeria is going backward even with the presence of various mineral resources on ground. In Nigeria all leaders are only interested in what they stand to gain and not why they where elected.
The failure in our leadership sector has lead to series of challenges which insecurity that we all know can be handled if the system is pure, lack of infrastructure, failed administration, high rate of unemployment and so on.
The failure in the leadership sector is the reason behind Nigerias backwardness and can never advance until credibility and transparency takes its place in Nigeria leadership system
A country needs a competent leadership for its development, but in the present times, corruption has progressed so much that there is no competent leadership but there are corrupt leaders. In reality, if the leader of a country does not live well in his country, then there is nothing to say that the country will lag behind. It is not only the Nigerian government that is corrupt, many countries in the world are destabilizing the world by corrupting politics. If the leader is corrupt, then it is natural that the common people of that country will commit corruption. Therefore, in the development of the country, a competent, honest and sincere leadership is first needed. The leadership that can take the country forward in its development can go a long way.
