I don't know & have no interest in trying that site. Why should I play on another site when the one I'm playing on has good reputation? (not saying the other sites are bad, just my personal opinion).

So i'll have to use VPN to play on them (Which raise some concerns for me) so i'll ask you guys now then:

1) How VPN friendly this 2 sites are ? (rainbet and shuffle) ?
2) Is it possible i play on them using IRELAND VPN (i opened both sites using IRELAND country VPN here now) but do KYC to get paid, from my Brazil docs, no problem ?

For Rainbet itself, Brazil is not included in the prohibited countries. You can access it easily without VPN & there is even a dedicated chat session for Portuguese within the site. So, yeah in conclusion you don't need a VPN.

Do not violate the TOS because your account may be blocked or banned and you will lose your rights

Yep it's better to ask directly to Chat support for certainty, although the country is not blacklisted, it's just that in the terms and conditions it is clear that Rainbet and Shuffle prohibit the use of VPN because it will be considered that they violate the ToS.

Just for your case
1. Any site, If your country are not in their restricted country. VPN should be not a problem, example like your country in not in the restricted country T&C casino but you can't access the site since your country or internet provider blocked. Usually they still accept or allowed you to be able play.
2. These is a problem, your country in the restricted and you should not allowed play there. If you play with them with VPN and you get requested KYC + you KYC with the document from restricted country. Your application will be denieds, the favours is not good in your side (you can dealing with some shits are not really good in your side).

You should check crypto.games. Last I remember, they have lottery in their casino, but I am not sure if their lottery draw is daily or weekly, so you'd have to find that out yourself. They also accept a wide variety of crypto as payment method if I remember correctly.

Almost every big casino here in the forum has daily raffles and it is very difficult to win in these context because a lot of people who wager a lot are always trying to get a chunk out of it. The best choice to win is to gamble in these not so new and also not so old casinos that want to emulate the big ones, very few people play there compared to well known names so if you are not a big whale but just a baby whale chances are high for you to win the daily raffle.
