I fell that any sort of stuff that alters your decision making needs to be avoided if you are gambling. Casinos specially land based ones obviously dont want you to do that, so drinks are free initially.

First of all, there is a difference between drinking and getting drunk, everyone has their limit with alcohol, if you are rational enough you wouldn't drink to that point where you know that you would get intoxicated while you're gambling, doing this means that you are actually trying to cause yourself harm on purpose. It's the same with the terms drunkard and drinker, isn't it? A drunkard is defined as someone who deliberately consumes excessive amounts of alcohol with the specific intention of getting drunk or losing consciousness, while a drinker tends to consume alcohol in moderation, enjoying it for its own sake.

I don’t completely rule out that combination, since our plans for the evening might include both activities. But still, it’s better to play at the beginning and then have another plan prepared in advance for the rest of the evening.

On the other hand, if you gamble for entertainment, then most probably you dont play complicated games. Then what for real critical thinking is needed? Its not chess where you need to build tactics and stay in focus all the time. I did not mean that you or everyone should start drinking while gambling, but if alcohol is not a taboo for you, you want to have fun, then one beer or two will improve gaming experience greatly.

Even if you like to combine both, it is done in a very mature way I guess and not in a way that you are so drunk and then wasting your money at the online casino and in such state  you won't even know what you are doing until you're off the influence of that alcohol, that's when you will realize how much you have lost while in that state. If you are done gambling, you can decide to get drunk then but not when you are still gambling.

No doubt gambling is a risky business but adding alcohol to gambling is a double disaster because the influence will make the gamblers to lose focus and gamble without minding the negative outcomes. Drinking while gambling is not bad as long as we can still control ourselves but if we are getting drunk, it may lead to something really bad which may affect your gambling because you are out of control.
I do drink some time when I'm gambling but I do not drink too much, maybe just a cup is enough for me because if I know that if I get drunk, I will not be able to enjoy my gambling session.
So whether it affect you or not is of course depending how much you drink although some people may drink much but still able to control themselves and some others may already lose control with a single small cup only LOL.

The situation online may be more serious than what actually happens in real life. In physical casino you may be into a fight and get injured. Online you use your cards numbers and wallets access. In a real casinos you are fighting real persons, while online you are the only one who will take the final decision.

You are right but I don't even prefer anyone to the other because sometimes you may not get into a fight while sometimes you may get into a fight and you will agree with me that it is more easier to lose money online than offline because in offline the moment you exhaust what's in your purse you may find it stressful to go withdraw and gamble but when you are online you can easily fund back your account especially if your details are saved in the Casino site and there is a high chance of losing everything in online casino.

To be precise, nowadays anybody can use his cards everywhere including physical casinos where there ATMs and banks near the casino. However somebody willing to limit his budget, he just has to not bring his cards with him and just use cash to play. At least, if he wants to keep playing, he can only use his set budget and the winnings.
I do neglige fights in casinos because there are security agents. But with big wins, he should be careful not to move with big amounts of cash. I can't tell what's his options because I have never be in a physical casino before but there should be to protect users funds.

And its one of the known strategies or modus on which these physical casinos would do and this is already that common. Well, its not bad to drink while you do gamble but just as said that everything should be that in moderation or in control if you dont want for yourself to get drunk or make your decision making would be that affected. On the moment that your body and mind having that numbness and your emotions becomes affected too then you wont be that caring about on how much you would lose and thats what the casinos been targeting into on which making you drunk so that you would be spending like a madman. Now in the question about on the difference among the two then it would be always on the ambiance and on how its being done but the efffects are just that the same. I’m asking this because I’ve experienced this before in a real casino. I got really drunk, became too aggressive, went up for a while, but in the end I still lost because I was making stupid decisions.

Alcohol is a very insidious thing! In small doses, it can cause slight relaxation or even a certain euphoria in a normal body. This is conditionally normal. But increase the dose, and you get excessive euphoria, loss of control, aggression, or, conversely, apathy. A simple question: do you get behind the wheel while intoxicated? I'm sure you don't. So why do you drink alcohol when gambling, where you need to make informed decisions? Yes, you won't get into an accident like you would in a car, but you are very likely to get into trouble.

PS For example, I don't exclude alcohol from my diet, but it's quality alcohol, small doses, and in good company. But I never drink alcohol when I need to be alert, think, make decisions, or something similar.
