He won 30 millions naira from sport betting, and he went ahead to buy all those machines that you see in the picture, do you think he did right by buying 4 keys at the same time and what is the economic benefits of this items please I will like to know, do you believe he made the right choice of spending his gambling winnings on this items, or he should have done better.

It's not, everything you see there is almost #10m- #15m actually, maybe you're not updated in price. The tricycle is#4.5m, personal bike is #1.5, commercial bike is#1m and that truck there should not be less than #4m with it's bucket and with all clearance and registrations he's spent nothing less than half of the money to acquire them.

The man may have a little supply business and in my country
- key 1 is used for commercial transport as well as delivering goods
-key 2 is still for commercial transportation for single or limited people, and still for delivering very limited goods.
-key 3 is a personal bike
-key 4 is a truck for supplying things like bunch of palm kennels, supplying water in bags, drinks e.tc

My analogy, the man spent his money wisely and it's using those machines to improve his business and would lease out key 2 and 4 to others and would be bringing residual income to him or even key 1 too if he doesn't want to drive any himself.

Those images in that item are close to 15-20 million, if not more than that. A new bike now – the man's bike is not less than 870k in the market – why is the new modern lady's bike still estimated to be around 800-1,000,000 depending on the market you get it from? As for the Keke Napep, the market value for a new one is also up to 4 million Naira, if not more, depending on the grade and the brand the person bought. We also have the multipurpose bike with an open carriage for conveying goods, mostly used by cement and water distributors. I don't know the cost price of that machine, but it should not be less than 6 million.

Those are just estimated prices; if you enter the market, some of those things are much more expensive than I have listed, and the dude will also have to keep some money for other bills. What’s most important is investing it in something that will yield a little profit.

For me I will say that, if actually this man on this image, bought all of this things for the whole 30 million. Then he didn't invest his 30 million wisely. And Please, you guys should not get me wrong. I know that, their is an economic benefit from all this things he bought, but it is very small related to 30 million. What he should have done is to invest at least part of the 30 million, in Bitcoin and in stocks, growth investment. And then invest the remaining part of the 30 million on other things, instead of investing the whole 30 million in all this things that the economic benefit is very small.

Without hesitation he made a very good decision and if he stays in a place where people need lots of supplies, then he's going to have a good returns on these investments. I can confidently call this opportunity meeting preparedness.

In my country, the tricycle and motorcycles are used for commercial transportation business. The 4th one is used by businesses in delivering large commodities to customers within thesame locality. He can hire people to run these deliveries or do the transport business for him while he sits at home receiving daily, weekly or monthly income as the case may be. This is the real win, he will enjoy this win for as long as he manages his business very well.

Being responsible is not just about gambling with what you can afford to lose, irresponsible spending isn't a proof  that one is still responsible.

I did not know those things are that expensive. I have not bought any of it before. I still think the man spent the money wisely because he wants to use the money for business and yet he did not spend all the money. It is a good decision.

I only meant 5 times less than the amount he won but which is not right with what Sticky Bomb posted, no where that I mentioned 5 items. Yes, he spent the money wisely.

He won 30 million in cash? Good for him! Was paid through wire transfer? Taxation policies must have sliced a decent portion for themselves hahaha!!
Getting himself 4 different keys isn't a bad idea of investment-- although there are so many other fast paying investments that he should considered first. In a glance, I can tell he's a commercial driver that understands the logistics in transport business. I wouldn't buy any of those with that kind of money! Also, it's not in my place to decide if this was a good choice. He's obviously very happy with himself, so good for him!

Investing in a real business such as transport business with the winnings is a sign that we are very mature at utilising what we already have. Yes, a responsibility cannot only be pertinent in terms of minimising losses, but also in the way we use such profits wisely. Daily construction of the cash flow by purchasing transportation means will make it not to waste all in vain.

Well, everyone has their choice, after winning 30 million I don't think i would buy such stuffs repeatedly, I would have diversified my investment instead of only focusing on just the transportation business alone isn't really a nice one to start with but you must have a pan A and b just incase A doesn't work out you can switch to something else and try other things,  in my opinion this was a terrible mistake.

From the picture, no matter how much he has used to purchase this items from his gambling wins, he has done well for himself.

Gambling is all about money and he has invested for creation of more wealth so that he can successfully be gambling without any financial constraint and grow in his investment, hw his a wise gambler and not a greedy one for not chasing his wins, but rather stop and pursue his dreams and invest in his future, with this now will people say gambling is not good, at least he has made gamblers proud and happy that there are still some responsible gamblers.

I believe that he did well with his winnings rather than gambling it all. This proves that he isn't greedy and looking for a way for his money to convert it to asset or something like buying items or machines. I can say that he is a responsible gambler where he thinks about what would happen if he isn't like that and he can use the vehicles in transportation to earn more money. Maybe you didn't observe, the 3 commercial vehicles there are not applicable to the same line of business. Some are for commercial transportation while key 3 is strictly for supplies, so I can observe some diversification in his purchases.

From the write-ups in the thread, it's fairly possible he used slightly less than half of the money tho acquire these machines, so he's still left with a good sun to diversify into other investment vehicles. He's a wise dude. Other people would've immediately thought of balling with the money but his inclination is obviously towards investing and it's a good decision.

What he should have done is to invest at least part of the 30 million, in Bitcoin and in stocks, growth investment. And then invest the remaining part of the 30 million on other things, instead of investing the whole 30 million in all this things that the economic benefit is very small.

He didn't invest the whole money on those machines, he's still got some good sun left. Not everybody knows and understands Bitcoin.
Even if he wants to buy and hold Bitcoin, he's still got a good percentage of his money left to explore that option.

Everyone knows what kind of business they are capable of doing, and I’m sure this man in question has experience in public transportation and thus the reason why he chose this kind of investment, he believes they are the best option and if he can actually put them to good use and get the returns he anticipated when buying them then there’s no need to call it a good investment but if in the future he’s unable to get good return from an investment of such amount then we can tag it as a bad investment.

I know that there are so many businesses and investments flowing through our minds as we are reading this post and seeing the amount he won but we should keep in mind that if he should invest in those businesses without proper knowledge then he’s bound to fail within a short period of time compare to his current investment which he knows a lot about.

I cannot say that he invested Wisely because he should have thought about other things asides investing in all.of these, there is no doubt he is going to make profit but the problem here is that he decided to invest only in tricycle and bikes when he could have created multiple sources of income for himself. 30 million is a lot of money he did himself a favour by investing instead of spending the money back into gambling which is going to bring him back to square one.

I think we are both on the same side, because if I happened to be the one who won that 30 million from a bet, I don't think I will be buying all this things he bought, When there are Bitcoin and stocks to buy. Although, There may be economic advantages from this things he bought. But it is too small to make a real impact.

For me, diversification is the key when handling such amount of money. he should have diversified the 30 million into different businesses, instead of focusing on transportation. Well, I can only speak for myself, not for others. But what I can say concerning the man is that, maybe he has seen potential in that business, which most of us here didn't really see. Either ways, spreading your money across other investments is the safest and the smartest move.

Depends on what he uses those mobiles for. The 4th one can be used for delivering goods which would bring in more profit. The 3rd one can be used for transporting passengers. Same with 2nd one and the 1st one can be for personal use.

Well, if he indeed has a business, then I think it was a good investment. Otherwise, I don't see how this could possibly be a good investment to begin with.
If I was him I would have taken that money to an exchange and take advantage of the state of the market and get Bitcoin at discount, people wont have many chances in the future to see Bitcoin again under 70k$.

By the way, the fact he decided to take his money off betting and actually buy some vehicles for his business is already a good investment, the majority of people would have deposited all the money again and try to get even more money from their good luck. Others would have gotten crazy and use the money to pay for women and alcohol. This shows that man is mature enough to get his priorities right and understand not all money is supposed to come from good luck on sports.
