16 years in the forum and counting... I can only say congratulations because not everyone who joined this forum then and earlier are still alive today. Thank you for what you are doing to keep this forum running, thank you for not being too hard or too soft in handling issues here which is why the forum still standing as a good meeting point of active people from all walks of life. Once again, congratulations on marking 16 good years in the forum.

Driving age indeed, not many forums from the early Bitcoin days are still kicking and theymos has been here through basically all of it.

It is not an easy task to run a forum like this, with so many members, so many different interests, and stay relevant all these years.

It's been a long time. I am not sure if you are taking a salary and making money from the forum funds. If so, it of course motivates you to keep working. However, people usually do not continue work on non-profit projects for this long. I hope you have some motivation inside you. It could be because of money, or you purely love Bitcoin and this community. I hope you will stay around for a long time. Also, I hope you will appoint someone who can operate the forum in your absense.

First time I saw the username from forum users comments it carried much weight than any other usernames all along. Did my research, on the username, that was when I knew he is the head administrator of the forum.

What I scope out about theymos, the guy is a good lister than a talker.

Still can’t believe this thread existed here till now, I thought it would have been discarded by now from the moment I saw the thread but however, it’s not but still not a culture to celebrate one’s registration day/date but anyways theymos got the joke well and it’s also nice to know that a child born when you joined the forum is now 16 years old. I imagine subtracting this years from my age  damn…
