I have never heard of this gaming website before, neither do i think they have any presence or representative in this forum, so this may not be the best place to get your problem solved. I checked their reviews on Trustpilot, just a few have been posted there, some bad and others good, though with Trustpilot you cannot be sure which is a real review.
That said, maybe you should make a complaint in Casino Guru and see if it helps you get your case solved. Though there is nothing about this website on their platform yet.
