Description of the incident:
I am opening this scam accusation against BUSR.ag. I started playing in November, made a deposit, and fairly won enough to bring my balance to $1,180. Once I requested a withdrawal, the "verification trap" began.

I passed the Identity and Selfie checks without issues. However, when it came to Address Verification, the site used technical errors to prevent me from finishing the process and then seized my funds.

Evidence of Bad Faith and Technical Sabotage:
  • Contradictory Deadlines: Their official email gave me 10 days to provide documents. However, the internal verification page showed an expiration of 72 hours. This is a deliberate tactic to force a "technical default."
  • Broken Uploader: The system requires documents from the last 3 months, but it repeatedly rejects my valid, fresh utility bills (issued within the last 30 days), claiming they are "too old."
  • Ignoring Support: I reported the bug via ticket #1797330 on Feb 6th. Despite their promise of a "4-hour response," I have been ignored for over 72 hours.
  • Illegal Confiscation: While I was actively communicating with support to resolve their technical glitch, they simply blocked my account and took the $1,180.

I have never heard of this gaming website before, neither do i think they have any presence or representative in this forum, so this may not be the best place to get your problem solved. I checked their reviews on Trustpilot, just a few have been posted there, some bad and others good, though with Trustpilot you cannot be sure which is a real review.

That said, maybe you should make a complaint in Casino Guru and see if it helps you get your case solved. Though there is nothing about this website on their platform yet.

Thanks for the advice! I am sticking to a clear strategy. Every 48 hours, I will be filing complaints on different platforms, including CasinoGuru, AskGamblers, and Trustpilot. I have already notified their support about my intentions and sent them a direct link to this thread.
