Am just inspired to bring up this topic here for us to discuss and make our individual contributions why there need for people to give and never count it as a loss. secondly, I don't really know where this topic and beg for our pardon if this topic does not belong here.

Giving is one of the principles of prosperity and as a person seeking for financial prosperity and advancement, it is necessary not to withdraw from helping people in need just within your capacity. People give for different reasons, some people give expecting something in return from thesame person they helped, but it is necessary not to expect reward when you render financial help to someone because life has a way of compensating people who do good .
Some people feel when they give, they have lost something, but that is not true, many have received favour where they don't expect because the good thing they have done to people and have even forgotten.

Feel free to share your experience about giving and how have you benefited from helping people in the past.

OP I don't think that this is the appropriate board for this topic, maybe the economy board would have been better for a topic like. However you raised a very important topic concerning giving but going through your thread you sound like a religious person , because one of the places that you hear things like giving and wealth prosperity is mostly in religious circles. But in as much helping others is good and we should make it a point of duty to help people trying to Link giving to prosperity is what I don't agree with completely. When it comes to wealth creation there is only one way to it you invest and exchanging of value not through giving. You can't give when you don't have giving is a act of kindness not a way of becoming prosperous in life.

OP you could have posted this in politics and society or even off topic if you weren't too sure of how the content will be responded to, your thread isn't a bad one, it's just in the wrong place, maybe it can be moved by an admin to a child board instead.
Giving in the sense of charity can never be considered as losing something, it comes naturally with a sense of fulfilment, if you didn't like to do it then there was certainly no reason for you to do it in the first place. People who consider giving something out as them losing shouldn't even bother with giving in the first place, best to only do something if you are comfortable with it.
