I still have a thing against unlicensed casinos. If they can cheat the government by choosing to operate illegally instead of meeting up with the licensing requirements, why should anyone be confident that they cannot cheat him as a gambler knowing well that the gamblers cannot fight them and win. Trusting an unlicensed casino is a risky decision. All casinos are risky in fact, but when it involves unlicensed casinos, tread with caution.
That's a great point, the only thing is that my sense of irreverence towards a government is unique, maybe because I live in a country with corrupt rulers, which thanks to the USA I think will be freed , maybe that's why, but governments, when regulating and licensing, what they seek is acceptance through money, in itself this is a business in its purest form and Governments always want money too , so that's how it all goes, well, that's how I see it.
I clearly understand your frustration because I too live in a country where corruption tends to be a major setback for businesses looking for means to thrive. But in a normal sense and in countries where corruption is not that much, getting a license to operate is not all about money. The essence of licencing is to ensure that that the casinos meet the standards set by the laws regulating casino/gambling operations in the country. It also ensures that the safety of the citizens who will patronize these casinos are guaranteed. With license, one can tell that disputes between a casino and a gambler can be well resolved through a recognised channel.
So, when a casino ignores all of these benefits of getting a license and still operates without authorisation, I begin to ask "why the rush" when they can simply plan perfectly for a proper career. They obviously did nof meet the the requirements.
