I had already disproven this theory in my accusation thread. The facts i presented at the time(which were completely dismissed and thrown out the window), was that after my ban at betpanda, i was able to withdraw from not only 1, not 2, but 5 casinos using the same provider without a single issue. All of them with completed KYC, and in one of them in particular with the exact same bets, complete mirrors, as the ones i made at betpanda. This case with Jackpotter, completely puts the nail in the coffin, and proves once and for all betpanda is full of shit.

It's really sad to see, how some casinos make decisions like this with such ease. They don't realize that stuff like this can actually ruin a person's life. Or at least make it way harder than it already is. And i'm not just talking about financial loss, i'm also talking about the stress, the anxiety, the anger, the feeling that you were basically robbed and your hands are tied. It's a struggle.

I can only hope betpanda learns something with the example Jackpotter gave today, and adresses not only this case but all the unresolved cases where funds were unjustly confiscated.

Hey man, went through your thread and to be honest, I get really pissed off by reading this.
Not saying I fully support you without all the evidence being shown, but an e-mail in which they state that they can confiscate the full deposit by flagging a pre-match bet for which they placed the odds as suspicious is all the proof I need to conclude that I would never place a single bet there, ever.

Regarding the Jackpotter case - we run a sig campaign for them and have a brutally honest long-term relationship with a member of their team - so helping to nudge the boat in the right direction there was not the hardest thing to do.

Regarding Betpanda - I don't know anyone from their team so not really sure how much I can help.
I'll track the thread a bit, hopefully we hear something from holydarkness eventually, and I will add the the negative rating/support any flags if they will be raised.

I honestly feel that the betting landscape is getting worse and worse by the day so good luck to all of you in the trenches.

I would avoid to mix issues with other casinos... There are ways that can be used for "trick" the gambling house.
Of course players using softwares or other tricks like "radar betting" or any other exploitation are playing a risky game.
Bookmakers can ban players/seize wins also in real life/ public spots. They can refuse players based on their behaviour.
I have seen your story also previously and to be honest I don't know how it can be possible to provide any help.
I haven't seen your bet history or anything related to your account to claim that what you're saying is formerly correct.
Anyway I can understand you act in good faith... the best option would be to wait an official comment/ ask gambler - casino guru support.
I can offer to act as "mediator" to evaluate the issue with them and to see what was the reason for that.
Otherways I haven't more ideas.

Short version. The OP placed bets that were +EV. The lines that the OP bet were better than what the odds were when the match started. Ex. OP made a bet at 2.75 and the line then dropped to 2.60 when the match started. BetPanda states that they have grounds to seize winnings retroactively because the bets were made to  “circumvent the standard house edge.”

BetPanda was asked to show the bets to see if the lines were bad or show some type of evidence to back their case. BetPanda refused to show the evidence.

All the new crypto sportsbooks going Betby. It seems that started around 2024. That's why the Rainbet case getting solved so fast was surprising. Betby books require KYC on large withdrawals to put in their database.

This new idea of "value betting" is using the same odds provider flag as a reason to confiscate winnings. As a sportsbook they can technically do anything they want, but potential customers should be warned of this practice before attempting to gamble on sports there. At the base of it, taking a fairly-placed wager and not paying it out if it wins is tantamount to theft, or shady business practices at best.

It's getting a better line (+EV) than closers at a high rate that gets you flagged rather than winning at a high percentage. Winning can be luck but beating closers is considered sharp.

A book won't limit a lucky person since he'll lose it back. A good book may limit a sharp player after a small amount of bets.

I really hope we hear back from Betpanda and they choose to do the right thing here and in other cases like T1HGO as well, as other bookmakers clearly proved that Betby only provide 'advice'. They also do not hold player's funds, so Betpanda still has $13,000 of my money for 'value betting'.

Today I received a letter saying that my account is being closed, I can withdraw my last deposit, which was over $200. There was over $700 in the account. They stole $500 from me. I only bet on the players' points, there were no value bets, etc.

Isn't it weird, that a casino that brands itself as anonymous, is constantly asking for KYC POST-ACCOUNT CLOSURE!, and after the player submits the requested documents, the account is NEVER unbanned? What's the real intent of asking for a person's personal info, if the decision is never reversed? Are they collecting people's personal information? This is all so weird, at best.

So apparently they sent betting history to this user. Maybe try emailing them, requesting your betting history. Seems they sent it for this user.

There are two types of value bets so it should be clarified and is the reason why bet slips are needed.

1. The recent rash of value bets have been players making +EV (good) bets. If the CLV (closing line value) is high, the player is limited or his money is being taken. The book doesn't want the action of this player so some books are grabbing our money on the way out.

2. Services sell value bets. If you are paying for value bets, this is where you can run into trouble. Most of the time these bets are in small markets and props. A lot of people may hit this at the same time. It looks like a team or syndicate plays.

I am currently having time limit to look at screen [of which ironically my IRL works depends heavily on replying client's email and made quotation, that I use my PA as text-to-speech and speech-to-text while I "relaxed" my brain, if you don't mind, please list active cases against BetPanda [I can't ask my assistant as my forum life is a completely secret alter-ego that not even my S/O knows about], and I'll try to read a brief of them and nudge my contact about them too.
