Seems that it is an issue in the system since my total wager under my profile is also less than what it should be, it can be simply compared to the amount under the weekly race.
If I'm not on the weekly race leaderboard and if Mahdirakib did not report it here, high likely I will not notice about this difference.
Does this difference affect also the bar of levelling up progress since I think the progress bar is depending the amount as listed under the profile?

i think you do need to make multiple of images instead of one big banner.. it's also not that easy to look at it due to the resolution, but at least all the info is there. welcome to the forum..

Actually, the opening post is more important when you create your announcement thread. It doesn't matter much how you showcase your feature in future posts, but you need to improve your opening posts. I would recommend that you to follow his suggestions. Slice the announcement banner, increase the image quality, upload a couple of parts, and use all the links in one post. You can check the other casinos' announcement thread to see how they did it.

If you are already in contact with some campaign manager, then you could ask for their help and I am sure they will explain this in much better way and help you guys presenting your casino in better ways.

the system in the back office is calculating everything correctly however their seems to be a sync issue with the 'total wagered' displayed on the FE. The rank up/level up is reflecting correctly and so is the weekly race total wagered.

Thank you for the catch and the team are currently implementing a fix to assure the total wagered amount is in sync correctly.

The point about quick response is really important. I've seen that casinos with good reputations usually have a dedicated forum account and actively respond within 24 hours. Maybe Rollify could consider doing the same.
About the promotional thread and manager you mentioned, I think that refers to running a signature campaign for promotion. While it's an effective strategy for new casinos, I believe it's too early for Rollify to do that right now. The OP seems to need time to adapt to this forum, building trust through consistent interaction and support. A signature campaign will be more effective once they've established a basic reputation.

A d add it to your first paragraph, it is not only foe the quick responds from them but solving the issues raised by the complaints.
