There is always room for a new casino to grow and make an impression among the gamblers, but that is only possible if they do not have any technical issues at the site, and also their customer support teams need to be active and responsive. If any new casino lacks in these two departments, then in that case it is very hard for the casino to grow its business.

Also trust is something that takes very less time to destroy but a lot of time to make up for that. So if the gamblers got the impression that the newly launched gambling site has flaws, it's hard for the gambling site to retain the gamblers.

Hope they can fix all the bugs soon, although it should be started by report from users first
Maybe they should do deeper check on all the features they have to make sure everything works fine as what it should be.

The bugs aren't related to the safety of users funds. There aren't any issues with the game as well. The bugs are minor, but it is surprising that there are still bugs like that which are easily noticeable. Rollify dev hasn't checked everything properly before bringing the platform publicly. Anyway, they are fixing the minor bugs quickly by getting feedback from the users. So, there is nothing to worry much.

They use the feedback as their tool in detecting errors. Which is good, but I think they should run some tests personally to avoid those things, and there would be no need for the users to create a ticket. Although it was just a minor issue, it still had a negative impact.

Well, I understand that bugs may happen from time to time. However, the abrupt response of the support system helps to ease the minds of the players and makes them feel confident that the issue will be resolved quickly. But good service doesn't just happen because of a reliable support system. They still need quick action.

Looks like there is a well experienced team behind Rollify. It has everything to compete with the other casinos of the crypto gambling industry. The sportsbook is missing at this moment though.

The rakeback rate is low at the beginning stage. But the bonuses from Rollbox are good enough. I have made some small deposits and a withdrawal, everything went smoothly. My first withdrawal was under review for 5 minutes before the funds were sent to my wallet.

150x seems to be easy but looking at minimum bet compared to the reward, I do not think it is worth to chase the challenge. Better to use your deposit to play the game you like most than to use your deposit to chase the challenge. Of course you are free to use your deposit and if you like the game for the challenge then it is good to go for you but if you have no idea about the game for the challenge, better to skip it.

I concur with these two views presented here. The 150x competitors on Rollify.com can be initially enticing, particularly when you are already interested in trying the new slot releases, however, in comparison to the bet amount and minimum bet to the reward you get, it does not always provide the best value. Following multiplier seeking rather than enjoying and playing to manage a bankroll can cause one to lose focus. Similar to what you said, when the challenge comes to play a game that you already enjoy, then it is logical to play it. Otherwise, one may risk losing unnecessarily when trying to forcefully in games that they are not familiar with due to the challenge, as has been observed by many users of Bitcointalk.
