The highest point Bitcoin done reach this month na around 76k although say the price done fall from that point since February 1st, the price fit rise again go the 70k mark so the OP speculation fit still come through cause Bitcoin been done already reach that point this month. Instead of to advise am to wait, why you not advise am to dey consistent?

Does it matter, whether Bitcoin gets to 70k or 60k by month end doesn't really matter, unless ur trading, if you're trading, then reading the chart, listening to news, you know, checking out things to determine if you should buy or sell matters, but if you are an investor, buying this asset and hodling it for a long time, then these things doesn't really matter.

Right now, I think the bears are dominating the market, so we are in a bearish market right now, the market will keep going down(don't take my word for it, DYOR), I'm just stating my own analysis, so keep buying the dip and keep accumulating.

Forecast isn't 100% true , we have seen a lot of forecast about Bitcoin this month alone. But on your issue on whether should you buy . Yes it's better to keep buying at this moment, don't do aggressively especially using the money meant for your daily needs.  You are as a newbie must not carry the mentality of trader i.e buying and selling after seeing profit in a short period.
