I’ve noticed this habit in myself when playing slots, if I choose a small bet, the session can last quite a long time. But if I’ve been playing for a while and my balance more or less stays at the same level, with wins and losses alternating, then after about half an hour I genuinely start to feel bored playing at the minimum stake and begin increasing it. I can say that I am a busy person, because I have work, try to earn something extra, have family and a child. I value my free time a lot, as well as I cant allow myself to do something for too long. In the past, I can gamble 8 hrs straight or more since I do blackjack strategy matrix and partial card counting that makes me busy on my game without any interruptions.

But right now due to health issue I gamble only 1hr with maximum 2 hrs mostly with slot games since I preferred to gamble with less screen time. I just out it on auto bet then leave my computer/mobile phone open.
