I personally am not in favor of blacklisting the entire nation because a certain percentage of people from that country do something bad, but if you were to put yourself in the position of someone who suffers damage because of a certain group of people, then you don't have much of a choice but to ban everyone from that country from using your service.

I wonder if it's fair that some of our members who are from countries under sanctions cannot open an account at any CEX or that they cannot use the payment systems or cards that everyone else uses every day. I could write a very long post about the injustices that exist in the world, but is there any point in it when nothing will change?

It might be worth saying that Nigerians have much bigger problems than whether they can gamble (get bonuses) at certain online casinos.

What would you have them do?  How would you have preferred they address the people within the boarders of a specific country?  Maybe they could have used GPS coordinates, rivers, mountain ranges, rocks, and trees to outline the geographic boundaries of the area who's inhabitants are banned from the contest, or they could just say Nigeria.

The quote you provided doesn't contain anything insulting, however, you are choosing to be insulted.  That's more about you, not the casino.

Maybe what you are truly finding insulting is that you know (like the rest of us) that Nigeria is known for having a higher rate of scammers per capita than other countries.  India is also known to have a lot of scammers, but probably a smaller percentage of the population than Nigeria.  However, when I get a cold call from some dude with an Indian accent claiming his name is Jack Smith I assume it's a scam.  That's not prejudice against all Indians, that's pattern recognition.

Casino's are in it for the money, a "bonus" is designed to make them more money. They may call it a bonus, but it really isn't. If a certain country has a negative return on the bonus, it makes sense to end it. It's a free market. So by all means: create a competing casino with the biggest bonus for Nigerian players, see how that goes

I miss the days when Bitcoin casinos were anonymous, and allowed anonymous users to play. It's still possible on small websites, but just like exchanges, they either become compliant or shut down when they grow.

The problem is in the explanatory part of the sentence. Every casino name so many countries all the time in their terms, denying services but no one will ever do this with that explanation.

I think you are a creating a mountain out of a molehill. If I was Nigerian, I don't think I would even feel insulted at all. They were simply stating why the bonus promo did not apply to the Nigerian folks. If they had just said "Bonus codes are not valid for players from Nigeria", someone, maybe a Nigerian resident would want to know why Nigeria of all countries that are accepted to sign up for the casino is not allowed to participate in the promotion. If I owned the business and majority of abuse was coming from one specific country I would probably do the same thing.

So you will have a number of abusers, surpassing that a country ban will prevail? IMO such blanket overgeneralized  ban is not only ethically wrong (my main point) but bad for business as well (not my main point). Better way would be to make your system robust so that there will be less abusers.

That's true, they should just restrict a particular country. They simply stated that all players from that particular country are abusers with that statement; no player will trust a casino that marks them as abusers.
Abusers and cheaters have no nationality. They should flag accounts based on actions, not on nationality.

Now i got your point of view clear...It maybe one or two individuals might be abusing the bonus system of the platform..not the entire country...And making the statement open, looks as if everyone in Nigeria is abusing their bonus system or everyone in a mentioned country is a scammer....

Actually cancelling the bonus for the entire nation is not a good idea....the working team of the platform would have monitor the platform and figure out the cheaters than putting or giving everyone in Nigerians same punishment people with people that abuse the bonus...

It's obvious that so many platforms experienced cheating and that doesn't not make them to restrict the entire country of bonus...

If bonus-abuse largely comes from one country, excluding them makes sense from a business perspective. I think you're asking the wrong question. Instead of blaming a company, you should ask why this abuse is happening specifically in that one country.

While your point is most probably the best explanation, I also fully understand OP's point of view (maybe also because I was oh so many times an innocent victim of national profiling, although not in gambling).

Imho it's not a problem that they protect their business as they can against abuse. Imho the problem is in the way they've communicated it.
Probably they were overly sincere about it, forgetting that it can hurt feelings (and hurt the business too!)
They definitely need some communication professionals who can sugar coat this kind of messages or hide them behind some lies on technical or legal stuff.

bet25 Management lacks management skills and ability, there statement and decision can make them lose a lot of customers from Nigeria which means losing money too. They should have known that Just 1 or 2 persons from Nigeria can abuse the bonus and they decided to tag it to all Nigerias.
I have already grown a thick skin so I will not feel bad about there statement and decision, it’s there lost and not mine. Top and big casinos will never make such statement. The difference between a successful company and an unsuccessful company are good management service.
