Maybe what you are truly finding insulting is that you know (like the rest of us) that Nigeria is known for having a higher rate of scammers per capita than other countries.  India is also known to have a lot of scammers, but probably a smaller percentage of the population than Nigeria.

This is not true, but you're free to believe whenever the media sold to you. The last time I checked Russia, US, and China had higher rate of scammers than the rest of 3rd world countries.

Sometimes I wonder how the world would have reacted if the past crypto frauds and exchange hacks were tied to Nigeria.

Good to know that you don’t trust media and you trust your eyes, ears, experience and your intuition, now which countries are usually involved in hacking exchanges? Which countries are recorded to always make the biggest scam in the world and stealing millions of dollars?.
3rd world countries has limited access to a lot of resources and instruments that can be used for big scam and you still see them as people that has the highest scam rate, then you really don’t trust your eyes, ears, experience and your intuition, you trust the media.
You can agree with me that the developed countries fines it more easy to scam the 3rd world countries, and the 3rd countries fines it very hard to scam the developed countries.

Blacklisting an entire country from certain benefits, simply because of the action of a few is absolutely not okay at all. Despite the fact that as a crypto casino you have the right to choose which region you decide to offer your services or not. Because it would have been far more better if you had just block Nigeria entirely from accessing the "bet25" casino, rather than allowing them to access it and gamble, but prevent them from enjoying the bonuses meant for them, simply because a few abused the offer. I know it is unfair. Like views that are paid a fraction if they comes from certain countries.

I have seen such limitations many times also in gambling and are part of the industry. First of all...they are a private company offering a service and they can make the rules.

The same applies for USA people that can't join some gambling sites or for italian resident that can't get UK bonuses.
I would not see this as racism. They "don't care" that you're from a specific country but they care to not have many subscriptions from a country.

They have there reasons and it’s there fucking business, I was using them before but seeing this now I will never use them again to gamble, there are many’s ways to stop abuse on your platform, use ways that no one will feel affected or feel bad, since I have decided not to gamble on there platform anymore I’m sure other Nigerias that see there statement as an insult and disrespect to Nigeria as a nation won’t use there platform too, I want to ask who is losing? Which is why any affected users are free to look for any other casino that offers bonuses to them if Bet25 refuses to offer them. It's a free market, and there are lots of good casinos out there. It's not like users are forced to sign up for that particular platform and stick to it forever. When you find that the terms are no longer favourable, you simply withdraw your funds, sign out and move on to the next one instead of complaining because it's not going to change their stance. You are the owner of the money, so that ball is in your hands.

Yeah, maybe the limited resources mentioned above have something to do with that.

Anyway, both of your arguments are only attempting to shift the goal post.  There's more financial crime than just cybercrime.  There are more resources in other countries, leading to more impactful crimes.  And yes, there are more sophisticated criminals in other places.  None of that negates my original comment, which has to do with percentages (per capita.)  There's no point in engaging in an argument with people who are too emotionally invested to acknowledge this simple mathematical concept.

There’s nothing odd about a true fact, like I asked you earlier which countries are always involved in hacking exchanges and which countries are involved in scam that recorded highest amount.
When you are doing an investigation on something you check something’s, and in the issue of scam you check the tools available for such person and the access he or she has to carry out a scam.
A developed country with all the technology, and awareness will hardly fall for a scam but a 3rd world country with no good technology and awareness about scam will easily fall for scam, or do you disagree on that.
Some of this scams they trace back to Nigeria are done by other countries see for yourself Nigeria deports 60 Chinese, 39 Filipino convicted in crypto romance scams
and we still have more of this. I believe this will help you rethink a bit.

Not sure if this is off topic, but this kind of reminds me of Cryptotalk. If I remember correctly, they give an incentive to anyone who posts on their forum, even without a signature campaign. But after a month or so, they banned several countries from receiving incentives because of spam, plagiarism and abuse. In the end, they just completely removed the incentive, and then the forum died shortly after.

Anyway, you aren't really overreacting, what they did is basically a collective punishment that affected gamblers who are not causing any trouble just because thye are Nigerian. But in their point of view, they are trying to protect the bonus they are having from being abused and banning Nigerians from participating is the only(or maybe the easiest way) way they could think of protecting it.

It seems casino is not seeing any problem with such insulting behaviour towards a whole nation, which propelled me to create this topic OR I am over-reacting?

IMHO, they do not mean it as an insult but rather a transparent way of mitigating risk and informing the community.
They clearly stated why they came up with that decision, which I would assume wasn't easy, knowing Nigeria has around 60 million gamblers, probably even more. ^[1].
Silently banning everyone from Nigeria without any reason might have been much worse - expecting to receive the bonus from that giveaway event, only to be told you can't get it because you're from that country.
Perhaps they are too honest or blunt in how the message was delivered. Could they have worded it differently or used another method? Definitely. Still, since they are clearly aware of how some forum members feel about it (per the rep's responses), maybe in the next small giveaway, everyone will be able to participate. 

Also, for the current giveaway (Blackjack Challenge) here's an update: everyone can now participate.
