Does a gambling win change your mindset for the whole day?

It happens most of the time, if not all the time. Even with my years of experience and constantly reminding myself that there’s no such thing as continuous winning, once a green streak kicks in, my confidence automatically soars. Even after a red streak, I still think and feel confident that I can start another green streak again. Maybe that’s also the reason why I keep persisting, I still think I could make it big someday.

Ordinary getting paid or on salary days there is always this over confidence that arrives at everyone's door where you will begin to think that nothing will even get you angry anymore, recently what I have discovered is that when I have enough or maybe if I win in gambling or if I have money on me, I don't get angry and I feel like whatever is supposed to piss me off is just because they aren't financially stable as I am for the moment, now imagine winning in gambling your become confident and place or take risks which on a normal day you wouldn't take.

Winning from gambling certainly brings a positive vibe throughout the day, and sometimes we even feel lucky not just in gambling but even to some other aspects in life.

Somehow it could also boost our confidence, until we make some decisions that would break us like gambling our winnings and end up losing them again.

That's when I realized that luck in gambling does not guarantee consistent winnings. Contentment and discipline should still be often prioritized to avoid future losses.

I'm not much different. Of course, when I win at gambling, I spontaneously think luck seems to be on my side, so I keep going, and in the end, some win and some lose. But the other problem is, that mindset usually keeps me betting, and I think that as long as I'm prepared to lose, that's fine.

There’s a time it’s false alarm but also there’s s time that you are truly on lucky streak. I feel this unexplainable lucky sensation whenever I experienced a winning streak. This is always my test meter to fell my luck before a capitalize on this by increasing my bet slowly while I’m still winning.

It’s not bad sometimes to believe since you can always stop if you already lose few bets when you feel you are lucky.

We don’t know exactly how to determine our luck so we need to test first and ride the opportunity when lucky streak is already showing.

It will happen if you let it happen. You feel that your luck is on your side on that day, but it's risky to think that way because if you do, you will be tempted to try to extend your luck to regain your losses.

Having this kind of mindset is very risky because you cannot be lucky all the time in every bet, its ok to have a self confidence, but you should also be aware that you could also lose and all your winnings. Do the right thing, be sober, withdraw your earnings if you think that you run out of luck.

I just won a bet a few minutes ago, so I'm sharing the experience at the right time. At some point there was a bit of confidence, but I know it's not a guarantee to feel that everything can remain profitable. So for me, winning at gambling should stay in the territory and have nothing to do with a positive impact on everyday life. I think people who think that luck will continue to be involved in their lives are usually fantasizing too much.

Naturally, after winning, we feel that luck will be with us, and we will continue to win like this. But the tendency to bet more with this confidence always pushes us to big losses. Even if we win, we should always be prepared to lose, because losing along with winning is a very natural process, and even the chances are more towards losing. That is why it is a big mistake to increase the amount of winning by being overly optimistic, at this time we have to control our emotions and greed, otherwise we can easily lose everything. Winning is not as easy as it seems.

Definitely and it also goes both ways!

Whenever I win something huge on gambling, it changes my entire outlook and mood for the day. Obviously, I tend to be very generous because I believe that you must quickly dispose of your winnings and pay/settle all liabilities before you use it again for gambling.

In contrast, whenever I experience a huge loss on my part, my mindset changes. Instead of trying my best to convince myself to stop, I tend to recover my losses by gambling again which puts me in an endless cycle of win and loss during that day.

Like what I mentioned, I do advise that once you win something huge, quickly dispose of that cash by either paying all your debts (if you have any); or purchase investments or something to treat yourself. The more money you store, the more chances that you would become victim again of gambling which could potentially lose all of your winnings in the process.

Winning gambling definitely have a direct impact on my mood and countenance because it is an inflow. In addition, it gives the feeling of success because it is the ultimate prize of gambling, so it changes mindset and bring the satisfaction that comes from cash at hand or money in the bank. You are right, I don't think there's anyone that doesn't feel happy when they win, the way loses does not make people feel happy, winning does the opposite of what loses does but it can give different impression to different people, like op said that if he wins, it makes him to think that everyday will be the same meanwhile for other persons, it's not like that.

On this side, winning and losing is a normal thing. If I win a huge parlay, I wont get too excited, and if I lose a parla,y I wont regret it for anything. I think any day I win is always a good day and I seem to be accurate both in the decisions I make, I tend to meet the right person for the day and say the right things and feel much more macho and alive than when I hit a loss over and over without even as little as a cashout compensation.
Winning has a lot to do with confidence boost and that's why I liken the confidence and excitement I feel after winning a bet, to the type of confidence and excitement those who exercise very often and exceed their previous reps feel, because while they get more pumped and excited and feel more confident, than those who repeat same rep everyday or don't bother to do any form of exercise at all, a win boost confidence and pheromones that make one feel happy and confident both with decisions and investments.

I never bet large amounts so I dont really expect to win anything big. And to be honest even if I win it doesnt affect md psychologically as far as I noticed.

Maybe if I made larger bets it would give me boost, but I prefer to make risk low.

Anything that could make me hit a jackpot would be too exciting for me.
