Gamblers need to come to the realisation that Losses, regardless of how unpleasant it may appear to be is inevitable and a crucial aspect of the game, and without it, there would actually be no gambling, because no casino would be in business if no one losses a bet. so the goal isn't to completely avoid the losses but to avoid unintended losses.
