Cloudbet scam / I am gathering people for a joint lawsuit.

They blocked my account with money in it and told me to wait six months. Six months have passed and they have been ignoring AskGamblers and me since the deadline expired. I also wrote to their customer service in the chat, and they told me to wait some more. I waited another two months and still haven't received a response.
Why do they have such a high rating, considering that this company is fraudulent?
But I am writing this for another reason. I am gathering people for a class action lawsuit against this company, and for that we need to raise $100,000. In this case, the lawyers are ready to take on the case and revoke their license. They have already revoked Bc.game's license, and these guys will be next.

Did you try to get in touch with the governing body regarding your case?
According to what Cloudbet wrote, it seems the investigations are being carried out externally, and so it's out of their control for now. That is why they don't even have a proper ETA

Liaise with the Cloudbet support and find a way of getting in touch with those investigating for proper answers

Raising 100,000 is no easy feat. To be honest, I'm having doubts you can raise this. Naturally, there will also be a huge trust issue about this which would serve as another hindrance.

Perhaps you can try to gather as many folks as you can, and find a lawyer who can do fees on contingency basis.

It seems to me like some of these cases take so long to get resolved for whatever reason. Here is another case almost similar to OP's and it has gone beyond six months
