Obviously, it looks more like a copy-paste here because they are just contradicting their stand here, looking at what they had presented here compared to what they have on their official website. The both are just contradictory, and they seem not have done their own review properly before coming here to make their announcement and what they offer.

What I will just advise them to do is to correct the wrongs and to make sure everything they had mentioned here tallies with what they have on their website, or viceversa which way they want to render their services. Otherwise, they should have themselves to blame for the errors they already made with respect to their brand and the services they render.

I'm started to really have a doubts about this platform, since from the start there's a lot of information that is opposite from what they are really offering. For instance they promote here that heir license is Curacao but in their platform it says "Anjouan" license and what they promote here is No-KYC but in their platform they said in their policy that they implement a strict KYC procedure which I already pointed out in my last post here but I'm not sure if ignored. Anyway, with these little information, I think it's safe to say that we better be careful because the first impression were not really a good impression to be honest.

Many casinos have already left Curaçao licensing and probably moved to new jurisdictions, since Curaçao has become stricter now. It’s not like before when almost every casino was getting a license there.

They were here and scammed gamblers and run away and come back with new methods to scam again. If you says No KYC, let it reflects in your Terms and Conditions too and not only on the announcement thread then those who didn't read the ToS, would become defaulters. If there was a mistake somewhere, you can correct it.

I don't know these threads were created by AI, I did not check it and even announcement threads with graphics can be created by AIs. My point is if an announcement thread was created with too little efforts for making it attractive, it signals not too good dedication of a team on their business advertisement. It does not signal that it's a scam but just a minus point for that company and something must be take into consideration by community.

This is a classic issue we keep seeing with crypto casinos. They put "No KYC" on their ANN, but their ToS says otherwise the moment you try to withdraw. Thanks for bringing this up. IMO, as long as the 5Bet representative provides a clear explanation about this inconsistency between their marketing and their ToS, players should avoid risking their money here until we get real answers.
